Please kindly note that the swimming pool is temporarily closed for renovation.

A credit card is required at the hotel as a guarantee.

Children 0-2 years old are free of charge if sleeping in existing beds.

Children 3-12 years old will pay a GBP 10 supplement on top of the rate, per child, per night, which will be added by the hotel when you check in.

People older than 13 years are considered adults, so the hotel will add a GBP 15 supplement on top of the rate at check-in.

Pets can be accommodated at an extra fee of GBP 10 per night. A GBP 150 deposit applies when travelling with pets, and any pets need to be confirmed with the property in advance.

The hotel is a good location. The built and the surroundigs are great with natural features. The breakfast is good.The hotel is dog friendly.

The room does not have a phone. The internal space outside the room needs to be kept clean and appealing.

Overall we enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

We thought it was a quiet and relaxing room and enjoyed the breakfast 😀

Cons:

We booked a table for an evening meal in the restaurant and was disappointed with the service having to wait ages between each course. ( We weren't the only one's)

Pros:

Staff were polite and helpful, room was lovely Bed was massive and comfortable, Room was clean

Cons:

My only complaint is about the " restaurant" poorly managed and in need of a complete overhaul, Menu was Very limited the restaurant itself was very dusty, the carpet looks like it's Never cleaned, only 1 server who was also working the bar so service was slow

It is so run down and dirty everywhere. We had holes in our pillowcase, ripped duvet cover, the bathroom had toothpaste and blood spots on the wall. The food was shocking, dirty chairs, broken blinds and green slime from the apple juice container.

Pros:

Literally everything. Set in a great place. So peaceful. Best night's sleep we've had anywhere. Beds were so comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had our evening meal there and it was delicious. Really recommend the chicken dish. Good selection for breakfast cereals, fruit, yogurts, pastries and full English.

A comfortable night stopover
Pros:

The location is lovely, mans our room was comfy with a very comfortable 6ft bed

Cons:

We could hear the people in the next room via the (locked) connecting door - they were particularly noisy to be fair
Other than the bed, the furnishings are a bit dated
