Golf and Half way house
Pros:

I recently played golf with my husband and visited the Half Way House a couple of times - before my played and after 9 holes
Jill was very helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating- nothing was any trouble
The Halfway House itself was welcoming and stocked full of snacks (they do a sausage and bacon sandwich too ) and cold drinks

Below average both in service and facilities.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Several things in bathroom broken or missing and not replaced when requested. No apology either.
Eg no bath plug, broken loo roll holder.
Broken shower hose so water squirted out sideways
Poor instructions on how to find room which was some distance and no help with bags.
Breakfast extremely average - leathery croissants from day before. Freezing cold aircon in breakfast room.

Underwhelming experience.
Pros:

Grounds and surroundings were lovely.

Cons:

Quite a walk from the car park to reception, pray for good weather when you arrive.
Suite was in need of decorating, shower wasn't working (sign in shower stating do not use), not advised on checking in.
A/C also not cooling, just operated as a fan.
Rooms very poorly insulated for sound, easy to hear other residents, and also the music from either a bar or event that was on.
Room service disappointing for the price. Ordered a burger, arrived warm, not hot and the fries were undercooked.
Notified staff on checking out, underwhelming response, won't be staying again, the airport Hilton will be a better experience for the same price.

The atmosphere was amazing! The location and the grounds are very easy to locate and are beautiful. We were served by Ava in the Carrington grill and she was absolutely amazing! The food was unreal and the service was great! Would highly recommend

Amazing Massage

I had a massage with Harvey and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. He took the time to understand what areas needed attention and tailored the treatment to exactly what I needed.Went to Mottram and had a great massage from Harvey,

Great chill out experience
Pros:

Fabulous twilight spa, well worth a visit. Not too busy, friendly service (shoutout to Cameron) and a very chilled and relaxing experience. Great way to wind down after a day at work.

Amazing Spa day and pregnancy massage from Georgia
Pros:

I had a fabulous spa day at Mottram Hall. The spa and service was brilliant and couldnt be any more helpful to me. I opted for a pregnancy massage from Georgia which was amazing. She was fantastic and really eased my ache and pains. I left feeling soo relaxed and refreshed and will definitely be returning.

Perfect Spa Day
Pros:

I had an amazing spa day at Mottram Hall and couldn’t recommend it enough. The spa itself is beautiful, with fantastic facilities, especially the outdoor pool, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind in the sun.

The staff were all incredibly welcoming, friendly from the moment we arrived, making the whole experience feel special.

A special thank you to Harvey for one of the best massages I’ve ever had. It was so relaxing while also targeting the aches in my lower back and my sore shoulder. Harvey was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. I left feeling refreshed and less tense.

Overall, it was a wonderful and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone at Mottram Hall for such a relaxing and enjoyable day!

Pros:

The spa and our facial was excellent . BUT sadly a big but, I sadly lost my locket while I was at the Spa I do understand it was my own fault though customer service from two receptionist’s was beyond belief, I phoned Sunday was told no it was not in lost property and they would contact me if found goodbye . I asked did he have my details yes on your booking ) he never asked for that) I did leave my number. I also emailed (still waiting on a reply) I phoned again on Monday advised no nothing handed in.They would contact me.
My sister went on Tuesday morning and spoke to a very helpful member of staff Alisha is her name. She went through the envelope’s in the draw and found my locket sadly no chain. She has again kept watch on the lost property and looked around for missing chain and contacted my sister again to keep her update . This is customer service that should be taught to all staff. I have tried email to no avail . The manager is uncontactable so sadly I write this review.😰
Alisha I would give 5 stars to.

Great Spa stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at Mottram Hall and especially enjoyed the spa. Erin who works in the spa café was incredibly friendly attentive and made stay extra special. Big thanks to her thank you.
