All of the team working here were super friendly and welcoming. I was blown away by how wonderful our stay here was. The
Pros:

The location was wonderful with a huge outside terrace off the bar to sit and have lunch or a drink throughout the day and evening with fabulous sea views. The twin room was very clean and the treats left for guest were a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel and will most certainly be returning. I would just like to highlight how wonderful the team were, they were all very happy and helpful with any questions we had and are a real credit to the hotel. We had a wonderful stay - thankyou

Cons:

Nothing everything was perfect.

Okay.
Pros:

Hotel looked very clean, which is rare. Very nicely maintained and beautiful. I liked that staff didn't act fake. Check-in and out was very smooth.

Cons:

Most disappointing was breakfast. It was very poor. Cheap quality vegetables (e.g. tomatoes were bland), not much choice of anything else (no avocados?). Coffee was awful. Whole thing was on par with Travelodge. For this much money I'd at least expect veggies, eggs to be organic and coffee prepared from freshly ground beans not capsules. Bacon was quite good. That's about it.
The bed had cheap mattress, you could get motion sickness that's how much it was wobbling.
Bathroom was very basic. Handwash, Lotion, Shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner. No face cleanser? Come on.
Bathtub was very small. Towels were adequate.
The room had no fridge (or at least I couldn't find it). If you wanted water you had to either ring room service (apparently 45 minutes wait) or go to the bar downstairs. Not ideal after a long trip.
You could hear guests in other rooms, but not loud enough that it was bothersome.

Disappointing for the price paid…but great staff
Pros:

Great location, great staff

Cons:

Very expensive for a basic room with no view other than the back of the hotel building . Also i would have thought that free WiFi and bottled water in room would be standard . I think its very poor that you have to be a Hilton honours member before you get this..(I am by the way but forgot when booking).
