Pros:

Great location

Cons:

The mattress was old and the springs warped. Slept sliding off the bed.
The wellness centre is open to the public. It was dirty and crowded. I wouldn’t recommend going down.

Cons:

Hello,

I am requesting compensation/partial refund regarding my stay.

I specifically booked this 4-star hotel because it advertised air conditioning. During my stay, the UK was experiencing very hot weather/heat wave conditions, and despite the A/C being set to 18°C, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable.

I reported the issue during the stay. Hotel staff informed me there were no other rooms available, and maintenance attended, however the A/C problem was not resolved.

Additional unresolved issues included:

* malfunctioning shower head
* clogged sink/ resolved
* flying bugs in the room
* stains on the floor
* cracks/damage on bathroom and bedroom walls

These conditions did not meet reasonable expectations for a 4-star hotel and significantly affected the comfort and quality of my stay.

I have photos/videos documenting the issues and I would like an appropriate partial refund.
Thank you.

Pros:

Great value for money, Great breakfast, adding fresh vegetables and various cheeses and other options to the standard English breakfast. Perfect location at the center of the beachfront. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Parking is significant extra charge, so if you arrive by car take that into account (although even with parking payment the hotel is well priced)

Great location, nice hotel but not free WiFi
Pros:

The room was lovely, as expected and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a typical posh hotel breakfast. However to get WiFi you have to join their honours club, which has a charge. Also the parking has a charge of £27, we would have parked elsewhere if we had known in advance this was the charge. The hotel does say the car park is on a first come first served basis when booking but it did not say the charge was £27.

Cons:

Charge for WiFi and parking.
