unprofessional and unsafe
Pros:

The hotel staff were most unhelpful and rude arrogant and judgemental. I have never been treated so disrespectful and poorly in my life

I won’t be coming again
Pros:

Great location and as such expensive. Windows didn’t shut properly and as it was very windy made an annoying whistling sound all night. Sofa bed had not been made up as per booking and when it eventually was linen was dirty. It was a cold, wet windy day but the heating didn’t work. As a parting farewell I had to pay £30 extra for the use of the hotel car park! I’ve stayed in a number of great Hilton Double Tree hotels in the past but this one was way below par for the price.

10/10 stay for our family
Pros:

Beautiful, clean and spacious room for our family. Wonderful walk-in shower and very comfortable superior king bed. Kids were comfortable on the sofa bed and we all had a great sleep. The breakfast at 1890 was outstanding, we even went at peak time and were seated within 5mins of queuing. The food available was a selection of buffet and freshly cooked, self-service juices, tea and coffee. Very good quality and value for money.

Cons:

There was nothing on our visit that we didn't like.

Disappointing facilities and faulty fire alarm at 5am
Pros:

Location is great- staff are nice.

Cons:

No free WiFi without faff of joining scheme.
Twin beds but not a single duvet so double stuffed inside single cover. Random pile of bedding left in room. Marks on towels. Spa over crowded even if you book a slot, small sauna and steam kids in pool, not a spa experience- worse than a local council leisure centre.Fire alarm at 5am without any communication was really disturbing- basically a fault but flashing lights and an alarm is far from a relaxing way to be woken up. Worryingly no proper communication on what to do!

Fantastic hotel, prime location, helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The service and the room were amazing. It was worth upgrading to a balcony sea view as it really made our stay extra special.

Great location, friendly staff and large, clean rooms
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, own car park with plenty of spaces and easy access. Pool was nice to have too. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Would have liked better family changing room at the pool. There was one staff member at breakfast who couldn’t manage to crack a smile and asking them for anything felt like an imposition. It was more noticeable as all the other staff were super friendly, happy and helpful.
