The room was nice and met our needs.
The toilet was dripping after flushing during night and kept me awake. In the morning completely stopped flushing, we told the reception when we went to breakfast and again when we checked out but no compensation was given just that they would get it fixed, I explained although that was helpful for the next people who stay in the room but did not help our stay. They said they would get the manager to message/call me by the end of the day but heard nothing.
The breakfast room is fully self service, the staff didn't even bring you the tea and coffee which I have never seen in a well regarded hotel of this quality.
The lovely hotel and it's location and breakfast
Everything was good
The location was perfect. The amenities were what I wanted.
One front desk gentleman was rude and not helpful. He tried but seemed confused with his responsibilities. The luggage storage room was left open, unlocked, and accessible to anyone without any security.
Probably one of the best Hilton’s in Brighton.
Room was a tad bit small
Location, pool
Bed to soft, caused back problems
Location ita good
Staff need full training how to deal with the customers, how prepare drinks ans how need run breakfast because my experience its shocking for that price what im paid
The location of the hotel was perfect. Great view of the west pier from our twin room. Check in and check out was fast and easy and staff were nice.
Our room didn’t have a fridge, other than that it was perfect.
Nice room, lovely staff, good breakfast
For a hotel of this quality and cost, a fridge in the room should be provided (without having to ask). One small can of still water is very measly a decent size bottle should be provided. The shower was the worst part of the room, it is a over the bath type in a huge bath which for anyone shorter than 6ft is very difficult and dangerous to get in, with no hand grips
Great location, lovely hotel
Bar prices very expensive
Very stylish and beautiful decor
Breakfast room and buffet excellent. The hotel position was good. The staff were polite and friendly.
Room air-con useless. Night did not sleep as too hot, even with 2 additional fans in the room already, leading us to suspect that this is a known problem! The swimming pool has a restriction mid-way meaning only a few people can actively swim lengths. There was an error in the bill which lead to us being overcharged, which was corrected when pointed out to staff at reception.
Wonderful staff and so helpful. We had a wedding and time was of the essence. The staff were able to sort out early check in for us which saved me a lot of stress from rushing around. Thank you so much!
I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Brighton Metropole, and if and when I return to Brighton, I would definitely like to stay there again. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is superb, although unfortunately my room did not have a sea view. All in all, it was a short but very enjoyable stay in the beautiful seaside town of Brighton, which I had not visited in over 30 years.
Nothing special.
