Brian at the front desk is simply wonderful! He is always so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming every time I come to this hotel. He always has a kind or encouraging word to share, and you can tell he genuinely cares about people. He is truly an asset to this hotel! Thank you for being U Brian !

After hanging out on the awesome patio and talking with my nephew and his girlfriend my wife and I were going to head out and get some things at the store. Farisha and Roslyn inquired about what we needed while we were back in the lobby. They said Hilton has everything you need right here and helped us find the items.

I can't begin to thank two special staff members enough, Roslyn and Farisha. Roslyn especially.... She made my stay (which started off as a nightmare) into an absolute dream come true!!!! She completely turned my entire day, and my trip around !! I can't thank her enough. Best customer service I have EVER had, and I have stayed in hotels ALL over the world... I reserved 2 rooms for August 1, 2026 arrived and proceeded to check in. When my daughter arrived, we realized there had been a misunderstanding and she did not need the second room. I had booked with Hilton Honor points and money. The on duty manager, Brian, tried to cancel the booking and was able to do so but not able to restore the Honors points. At check out the next morning, Farisha, the supervisor, was able to have our points returned to my account. Both Brian and Farisha were very professional and we appreciated their help in resolving this unusual situation to my complete satisfaction. This reminded me how happy I am to be an Honors member.

Brian and the entire staff at this hotel are amazing. I’ve stayed here consistently over the last 12 months and the service has always been wonderful. The rooms are clean. Shawn in the restaurant is wonderful and the food is good. They go above and beyond

Brian at the front desk, made such a wonderful impression on my family and I. He was very kind, professional, and customer service oriented. Also, the lady who cleaned our room was the same way!
The remodel at the hotel is looking very nice and clean!

Brian is always so welcoming and has excellent customer service. He goes above n beyond to make sure our stay is nothing but perfect. His character is so joyous and we are always happy to see his smiling face when we arrive.

Location, free parking

After staying at this hotel I can see why it’s the #1 in Stockton. And I don’t see myself staying anywhere else when I’m in town. The Parking lot is gated and secure. The security guard plus Trina both made me feel comfortable and safe leaving my personal belongings in my car. Thank you

I wished the Starbucks was open during my stay but the staff in the restaurant during breakfast still accommodated me. Trina at the Front desk was very pleasant and seemed very interested in my feedback on how to make my stay better after hearing disappointment about the coffee. The rooms were renovated and the hotel is still under construction but the amazing staff is what brings me back when I stay in Stockton!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but it did not interfere with my stay. I did encounter a little bit of an issue at checkin because the system were down,the Young Manager that was helping the front desk went out of her way to make up for the inconvenience and made my night by upgrading me to a better room to make up for the wait. Personal Thank you to Trina Roslyn and Brian for helping me and my team during a high stressful situation.

Brian at the front desk was very accommodating. I had a King room with the smaller step out balcony. I called down when I got to the room and he immediately switched me to a full balcony room. He was dealing with multiple customers smoothly. Great customer service!

I always enjoy staying at this Hilton whenever I travel to Stockton for business. Shamina and Trina are amazing, they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and such a pleasure to talk to. Every stay has been a great experience thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. Their outstanding customer service is one of the reasons I keep coming back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
