Amazing location. Was only a walk away from Piccadilly train station and close to bars and shops.
Rooms were unclean and badly designed, staff were rude.

Arrive at 5pm room wasn't ready (told no kettle) at 11pm discovered no CURTAINS! Cardboard placed at windows to block out the light. Hot weekend & couldn't open windows!

The bathroom, the door wouldn’t close properly, the toilet was on a wonk, the mirror and sink were all marked up, you had to shower quick otherwise the water would puddle and flood the bathroom
Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious enough for two people. Good location for what we were doing.
Climate controlled rooms were very hot had to borrow fan for two days. No air conditioning. So if the heat bothers you, definitely do book here.
Well located for where I needed to be. Air conditioning was just about working.
The bathroom was very, the air conditoning unit leaked onto the carpet and kept me awake dripping. The bed was quite un comfortable.
