Hotel war super zentral gelegen und die Ausstattung meines Einzelzimmers war wirklich überdurchschnittlich schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel an sich sehr gepflegt.
The staff were incredible, helpful and kind. The room was awesome and the location could not be any better - metro stop right on the corner, good coffee shop, bars and eateries roght on the street and only a block away from a tram stop as well.
What a great place: lovely staff, clean and comfy rooms, superb breakfast selection, good quality toiletries and all that in a fantastic location. You couldn't ask for more!

It is difficult
to understand how a four-star hotel right in the center of Helsinki can have reasonably sized rooms and yet a ridiculously small bathroom.
Camera tripla spaziosa e confortevole, letti comodi. Locali sauna ben tenuti e puliti colazione a buffet ricchissima. Posizione centralissima ma silenziosa. Alla reception personale molto disponibile, il giorno del checkout ci è stato consentito di lasciare i bagagli per molte ore. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato!

It was well located. The breakfast room and the food were both good.
The ventilator in the room wasn’t working properly. Every approx 60 seconds it made a noise which kept me awake. Maintenance fixed it after the first night but I was so tired after the first terrible night that I had to spend the afternoon in bed which meant I missed seeing some of the Helsinki sights. Also the furniture in the room was black. I don’t know if that was the reason but we struggled to find items that we had put down e.g jewellery, clothing etc. The room size was small. I used to stay in this hotel when I was working and I remember the rooms were much bigger then.
Stayed in August 2026. The check in process went in smoothly. This hotel is conveniently located near the Senate Square which is about 4 minute walk. They’re very close to major attractions and sites of the Old Town. Even at the Central Station. We’ve had few concerns about our room temperature and they’ve address this promptly. I just wished that each hotel room has their own ability to control the temperature depending on someone else’s body needs and requirements. Having the hotel set the temperature to 20 degrees at all time during the summer can still be hot, but as I mentioned, they’re quick to resolve the issue so this is something we truly appreciated. Their breakfast buffet is amazing! Fresh juice, coffees, pastries, oatmeal, eggs and many more is a delight indeed! I’m happy with our stay so far and everything went really well.

The location is perfect - right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, the station, the waterfront, and the cathedral all within an easy reach. Breakfast was good - lots of choice - although it was very busy and not always easy to find a table if you happened to wander down at a popular time. We also ate one night at Pauli's (the hotel restaurant) and I had one of the best burgers I've ever had! The staff were all very friendly and professional, the decor was perfect in both the public areas and both our bedroom and the bed were exceedingly comfortable.
Just a couple of issues that over a six night stay started to get on our nerves! There was nowhere to hang towels to dry - we ended up draping them off the window catches. There was plenty of room to put two hooks on the back of the bathroom door, so can't understand why that hadn't been done. We also thought that there should be more clothes storage - there's room to hang six items in the wardrobe, but no drawers provided so we had to live out of suitcases for our stay which was not ideal.
Location is perfect!!!!
We loved the warm atmosphere and unobtrusive efficiency. The breakfasts are fantastic. The bed linen and towels are of high quality. The location is hard to beat: just a few minutes' walk from the railway station, the harbourside, Senate Square and Esplanadi. The staff are friendly and good-humoured, and speak excellent English. We loved the place!
