Mr. Mike, the cleaner who in charge of level 5 & 6 Furama Riverfront Hotel, has provided us with a clean and friendly environment. He is very help during our stayed.
We came to Furama end of June 2026 on our way to the UK and then again beginning of August on our way back to Australia. Breakfast was good range of choices and room was clean.
When attending breakfast we noticed a huge difference when Samraj Chef (Iskander) was working as the tables were always clean he was very friendly and ensured we was well looked after. It made our breakfast experience very pleasant and relaxing.
Iskander is a very good entertainer and he accommodate us. He offers lot of excellent food here. Very humorous one. He is not racist unlike the crew outside. We experience bad treatment 3 consecutives breakfast already because of our nationality and they always treat us that we are not belong here through the way of their look but Iskander really fair. He treated us and welcome.
Good food and service by Iskander and Chef Samraj
All the food cooked by Chef Samrai is good. We had a good time sharing sumptuous food during our stay. Nevertheless Iskander really did a great job taking care and accommodating us while having our breakfast. Such a good experience.
Spotlessly clean room with very comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi
Kelvin, made us feel like home from the moment we sat down. The food was nice and taste. Beautiful and relaxing environment.
The team, with Darren, Mohan & the rest provided exceptional service support for my 2-day event. Appreciate them making my event pleasant & fruitful.

Even though the restaurant was very busy as it is crowded, Jennifer Pek still serve customers with passion. Helping customers clear the plates.
Mugi was also helpful when I ask him on the food which is empty on the line.
In general, the staffs from the restaurant remained calm and provided their best service.

We had an amazing time in Singapore and loved our stay at the Furama RiverFront Hotel. The hotel itself has excellent facilities but it’s the staff who make it exceptional. The service was wonderful throughout our stay, especially from Jennifer Pek, in the Waterfall lounge who was very kind to our tired children on our first day and gave us excellent advice on local ways to travel and what to do while we stayed. Thank you to the whole team!

Nous avions pris la chambre Studio lit Queen-Size, quel regret. C’est très très petit, pour deux adultes ce n’est pas possible, l’humidité finit par stagner.
L’hôtel n’a pas été présenté, avec les équipements possibles donc nous n’avons pas pu utiliser le plein potentiel de celui-ci.
