Das Hotel samt das Personal einwandfrei.
Die Beschreibung, dass das Hotel nur 3.8 km vom Flughafen entfernt ist, stimmt nicht unbedingt. Mit dem Shuttlebus braucht man fur die Fahrt 20-25 Minuten, mit dem Taxi 10-15 Minuten.
Sauber gute Betten , gemütliches Zimmer
All was good, except for the heavy blanket that was given to cover ourselves during the night. In the 30-degree heat I was expecting only a bedsheet or a powerful AC.

- Relatively close to Frankfurt Airport.
- Restaurant food & service was a “satisfactory” standard.
- We were not given any clear instructions on where to find the courtesy bus at Frankfurt Airport.
- Had to wait more than 45 minutes for a courtesy bus.
- While at the hotel only one staff member knew how to smile, that was the restaurant person, everyone else at the front desk, at arrival & departure, looked very unhappy.
- They gave us a room that had a bathroom suited for a disabled guest, with no toilet paper.
- One of the swipe keys they gave us was faulty, we didn’t take it back to the front desk, didn’t want to bother them, they were obviously not happy at working there.

Ik had van te voren betaald en dat was niet bekend bij het inchecken, dus toen stond ik daar 10 minuten tot het uitgezocht was, dat was slordig
It's closer to the airport and they have lunch/dinner service as there is nothing nearby
They give us a room for disabled people, despite its more or less similar to a normal room the restroom its more uncomfortable. Also this kind of room should always be available for people that really need it
Top Lage Nähe Flughafen, Restaurants und Supermärkte in der nahen Umgebung. Zimmer klein und spartanisch, aber modern und ausreichend, grosser Fernseher, Klimaanlage und sehr gutes Frühstück. Bett bequem und nachts war es schön ruhig. Freundliches Personal. Alles, was man für eine Nacht braucht.
Zimmer sehr klein, Kopfkissen nicht so besonders. An der Reinigung müsste noch gearbeitet werden. Trotz Klimaanlage war es recht warm im Zimmer.
