Counter is not good not corperative

Not responsibility at all very disgusting counter because in counter they have lost my father Aadhar card and they don’t take seriously we have told them that see CCTV footage they give or not
The Aadhar card till last moment they not response and behaviour is good I’m telling in seriously is not like joke otherwise, I’m going to consumer court in very soon if Booking.com the park hotel is not responding me seriously way
