Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Took over 1 hour for breakfast to be delivered
No brakes on single beds so every time you move so does the bed
Only half a bed head on second bed pillows fell off or you banged your head
Room was not made up on first day no tea bags replaced etc
$500 per night …no where near $500 a night
Do not stay here
Lobby is a nightmare lots of stairs..they say ring the bell and we will help with bags…waited 15 mins no one will help you with your bags

Spacious room worth the price
Pros:

Great location, very spacious room, which was perfect for us with a toddler. I loved the tall windows and the fact it wasn’t noisy. The staff were very thoughtful and offered to place an extra bed for my child in the office space in the room, and it was there by the time we arrived. The flat rate parking next door was very convenient.

Cons:

The room needs a little bit of maintenance including the shower lining as water leaks out when you shower. The kitchen could use some more amenities, for example there was a dishwashing sponge but no dishwashing soap or bin liner. An opened pack of cracker was not cleared from the kitchen drawer.

Would defiantly consider staying here again even without the upgrade.
Pros:

When we were allocated our room, we noticed we had been upgraded as guest of the day to the penthouse suite. Absolutely nothing to complain about in this suite. It was roomy, Spa, Sauna 2nd bathroom if needed and very very comfy. The staff were very helpful and obliging.

Cons:

Only a small thing, I did not like the pillows.

The staff were lovely and friendly. I don't tend to meet many as kind. So :-) that was great.

The view was of a roof too.... But it gave great privacy as well so some of a win with sunlight.
