Would stay again but request a non wheelchair access room.

Bathroom, I understand wheel chair access is important but it was not easy to use for putting on make up - need a normal counter as well.
Mirrors in the room were dusty, blanket was not clean but everything else was excellent,

Cons:

The toilet wasn't clean. We spoke to desk and it still wasn't cleaned. It was a floating wall toilet and underneath of toilet needed cleaning plus the bowl. It's just something that housekeeping need to teach staff about. Getting a bit dated. Carpet wearing. Having said that the position makes up for everything.

The staff were very attentive. The location is awesome.

Cons:

The room heating wasn’t very good. The room was cold and never really warmed up. The staff gave us two additional portable heaters which makes me think that there is a problem with the ducted heating. When we arrived the bathroom was dirty with toothpaste stains on the vanity and the floor was dirty. There were multiple light globes not working. The staff immediately rectified though. The spa bath is so loud, it was very unrelaxing. Very outdated I suspect. Overall I think the hotel needs a bit of a refresh.

A central convenient location for Chapel St.
Pros:

Great location for the restaurants and bars of Chapel street

Cons:

The pool was too cold to swim in.
The room itself was bland and colourless and in need of a facelift. It was the bare minimum, it didn’t feel luxurious which is what I was expecting in this location.

they kept giving us the wrong room key. We had to go down to reception multiple times to get the correct room key and there were broken bottles in mini fridge.
