No microwave

The outlets are under the night shelves. One has to crawl on tne floor kneeling to.plug things in. Musty odor on tne hallway on the 3rd floor next to the elevator. Overwhelming air fresher scent in the room, not considering people with allergies. No ventilation, the windows were sealed w/o option to open and get fresh air in. The room is got had a twin room with a door connecting me to who knows who into the next room. The door was lockable on my end but there was no way to know if it could be opened on the other occupants ' side. A mini fridge and mini microwave were piled on top of each other blocking the door, probably to block potential door opening and honestly, there were no space left in the room to fit them in anyway. Needless to say, I didn't sleep the night of my stay , with a light on at all times, istening to the noises coming from the other side of the door. I took photos of the sealed windows and the bizarre door connecting the 2 rooms with the fridge and microwave. Never experienced such a thing before and I will avoid experiencing again. It was unexepensive and I guess this is what you get for these money. I would recommend to add at least one type of fruit to the breakfast.

Size of room. Having people knock on our windows at odd hours scarey neighborhood

Sketchy parking lot and lobby, floors and walls not very clean. Microwave and mini fridge were placed in front of the door to the adjoining room as if to keep it from being opened from the other side. Very dim lighting, room did not seem secure or clean.

Apart from location, I did not like anything else. Extremely poor service specifically the people working there.

The parking lot was small and it wasn’t well lit. Would’ve felt my car was safe if more lighting. Breakfast was lacking. Just bread/pastries and cold cereal. Breakfast area was small and the desk clerk is the one that refilled breakfast items. They’d improve a lot if just by adding a waffle maker and eggs/sausage

The managers are disappointing and very rude… the hotel toilets flooded me and my kids are homeless between houses and both managers didn’t want to do anything to accommodate me other than give me another room and plunger with towels as if they didn’t know the plumbing is obviously backed up. Worse thing worse after being there for 4 days moving 3 times this manager looked at me and called me a liar and would not allow me to rebook as if I was the issues. Listen the TV DIDN’T WORK , it’s old and the plumbing needs to be fixed and breakfast is a muffin, bananas no milk with cereal smh. The fact that they treated me as if u had to lie when housekeeping was upset whe she seen it flooded obviously this wasn’t the first time she said odious mieos . Also agreed that it was for sure flooded. I was not treated fairly and u never know what someone is going through what happened to treat people how u want to be treated?? Rude

They should have toothpaste and toothbrush as well

The main things I didn’t like about the breakfast were the limited selection and some concerns about freshness and cleanliness. The juice tasted old and didn’t seem fresh. The only food options available were muffins, sliced bread, bananas, Cheerios, and Fruit Loops, so there wasn’t much variety. I also noticed there were no tongs or utensils provided for the bread, which meant guests had to use their bare hands to pick up the slices. Providing tongs and a few more breakfast options would make the experience much better and more sanitary.

At checkin, the front desk worker was clipped, rude and not helpful or friendly. There is a strong “air freshener” smell upon entering and everywhere in the building. When we entered our room we realized it was to try to mask the stale smoke smell. For a non-smoking hotel (as stated) it has a heavy smoke smell. We asked to move rooms which they reluctantly accommodated. The smell was better for a while because of the strong smell deodorizer used to spray the room. The smell seemed to be worse with the bathroom fan on. There was also a strong smell of weed in the hallway. The smell is a deal breaker for me. The breakfast was horrible. Three bananas, 2 sugar filled cereals, breads and muffins. The coffee was undrinkable. I wouldn’t classify this as “breakfast included”.
