Pros:

El personal super agradable. Tuvimos un problema de salud con el peque y nos cancelaron la última noche sin problemas. Aquí Booking también se portó genial, nos lo han puesto muy fácil.
El buffet del hotel es increíble, hay variedad y todo está muy bueno. Mis dieces para la señora de la plancha que es capaz de hacer 4 tortillas, 10 huevos y 6 tortitas o más a la vez.
El hotel está pegado al paseo marítimo, sales por una puerta directamente a la playa y tiene una fuente para lavarte los pies de la arena al llegar.

Muchas gente trabajando pero todos super amables, desde la limpieza, camareros, recepción y restaurante.

Hoy hemos podido desayunar a las 5:30 porque nos marchábamos temprano.

Muchas gracias a todos y ojalá volver en mejores condiciones.

Cons:

Quizas el tamaño de la habitación se queda un poco justo, al haber dos camas grandes pegadas más la cuna de viaje estábamos un poco estrechos. Además no sabíamos por qué pero a veces olía a tabaco en la habitación

Profesionalidad y amabilidad por parte del personal del hotel. Buena calidad en la comida y perfecta ubicación (junto a la playa). Las camas grandes y cómodas.

Cons:

Tiene los problemas típicos de los hoteles grandes: masificación en piscina, colas en horas puntas en ascensores y comedor, etc. En general bien gestionado por los empleados.

Per ansamblu ok.
Pros:

Partea cea mai ok a fost mancarea si personalul. Mancare buna, variata, ar fi fost si mai bine daca erau ceva fructe exotice. Personalul amabil si saritor.

Cons:

Hotelul clar are nevoie de refacere. Mocheta de pe etaje este roasa si murdara, pentru un hotel de 4 stele nu e ceea ce trebuie. Experienta mea cu all inclusiv nu afost cea mai ok, din punctul meu de vedere nu sunt oferite suficiente informatii privind cea ce cuprinde sau nu , acest all inclusiv. Aceste informatii detaliate le afli doar cand ajungi la hotel sau afli de la bar ce poti servi si ce nu. Informatii mai detaliate ar fi utile pentru a selecta sau nu daca se doreste all inclusiv.
