Schlechtestes Flughafen Hotel ever

Nichts, nicht mal die Lage!

Cons:

Das Hotel hat grundsätzlich nicht mal einen Stern verdient.
Der Shuttle: statt 10-15 Minuten zu warten wie am Telefon gesagt, war es am Ende mehr als eine halbe Stunde.
Das Zimmer war OK, aber, vermutlich hat die Klimaanlage einen Defekt und der ganze Teppich drum herum war auf einer Fläche von ungefähr 1.2 x1.2 nass. Die Reception interessiert sich nicht dafür.
Gefühlt hätten wir das (sehr alte, durchgelegene) Bett neben die Autobahn stellen können, so laut war der Verkehr und entsprechend das Zimmer. Die Frage nach einem Sandwich anstelle des Frühstücks weil wir um 05:00 Uhr ausgecheckt haben, wurde beantwortet, dass es um 07:00 - 09:00 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Beim Auschecken wollte die Receptionistin nicht mal mit uns sprechen, es sei halt einfach so.
Der Shuttle vom Hotel zum Flughafen fährt nur stündlich (Flughafen Hotel wo mit Shuttle & Frühstück gross Werbung macht?)
Das definitiv schlechteste Flughafen Hotel ever.
Für mehr als 200 Dollar die Nacht, definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Nice staff. VERY nice pizza place a five min walk away.
Breakfast was ok but very meat oriented. There was some fruit and some potatoes for vegans

Pros:

This is an old hotel. The kind of hotel I stayed at as a kid on road trips. Felt very homey!! Pizza place within walking distance has the best meat lovers pizza. Shuttle is very reliable.

A simple reservation issue became unnecessary ordeal
Pros:

I had a very disappointing experience while checking in at around 9:00 PM in mid-June. After a long day of traveling with my family, we arrived at the hotel exhausted and ready to rest.

Unfortunately, the front desk associate, Gemma, was rude and unprofessional throughout the check-in process. She repeatedly told me I did not have a reservation, even though I had a confirmed booking. The issue turned out to be that my first and last name had been entered incorrectly on the reservation. Instead of helping resolve the problem, she made the situation more stressful than it needed to be.

As a tired traveler with my family waiting, I expected courtesy and a willingness to help. This experience left a very negative impression. As a hotel that serves many military members and their families, I expected a much higher level of customer service and professionalism. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve.

Pratique et proche de l'aeroport.
Pros:

La navette gratuite vers et depuis l'aéroport nous ayant permis de récupérer notre chat au service de quarantaine apres notre arrivée en avion la veille au soir.
Les machines à gaufres fraiches au petit dejeuner.

Cons:

Le simple vitrage à quelques mètres seulement de l'autoroute highway 1 : l'isolation phonique n'est pas bonne du tout et on entend beaucoup les voitures.

Nous avons payé un supplément lit d'appoint, celui ci était dans la chambre encore plié lors de notre arrivée à 23h. Ainsi, avec une arrivée tardive et un voyage épuisant, nous avons dû bouger les meubles et installer nous même le lit : ce n'est pas ce que j'attend d'un hotel à plus de 230$ la nuit.
