I would highly recommend Best Western to my family and friends.
Pros:

Everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient. Close to the bus. Fantastic that we had a shuttle service to the airport (even though we probably could have walked).

Cons:

It would have been a bonus if the restaurant had been open for dinner in the evenings. However, we managed and it did not impact our stay.

for one night stay, it was good. Breakfast was included and relatively good. shuttle service was extra.

Cons:

the hotel is a bit outdated, but functional. It located just beside a traffic conjunction (high raised bridge) and noise is strong.

It was awful.
Pros:

The staff wasn’t really welcoming, we booked two room and on our way to check in, they only let us pay for one and was told that the prices are not the same as the ones that I booked. So my wife booked another room and we wasn’t able to check in until almost 9pm😢 it’s just waste of time.

Cons:

Their service and needs better staff or better training for staff.

Good spot near airport and Peatl Harbor for fast turnarounds.
Pros:

Free shuttle to airport. 2 atory rooms around the pool don’t pick up noise from 2 story hihhway next to hotel. Nice outdoor area next to pool to relax. Breakfast area is closed the rest of the fay and is a great spot to play cards while waiting to head to airport.
