The room rate and other charges was not worth it.
Pros:

Close to a lot of places.

Cons:

The room we got was separated from the main hotel building, it was a motel type, no elevator, and the air conditioning unit was old and very loud, not to mention the loudness of the cars from the freeway. Parking was also pricey.

Good location near airport

Cons:

Arrived and requested shuttle from airport. Did not turn up and after waiting for 30 mins and ended up walking to the hotel. Staff on arrival not user friendly and although breakfast was included did not start until 7am. Other hotels start at 5am.

Disappointing.for the price.
Pros:

the only thing I liked about this hotel was it's proximity to the airport.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the facility was not working. Pool closed way to early. Lobby was updated but hallways were dingy and dated.

Lovely and convenient stay!
Pros:

Good hotel and wonderful staff! If you’re looking to stay close by the airport in Oahu and Honolulu, look no further. The hotel is well-maintained, the pool area is breezy and nice, the breakfast service is busy but great! Cannot emphasise enough how welcoming and hospitable the staff at this Best Western are. Mahalo for a wonderful stay! 🙏

Nada.

Cons:

Hotel velho e muito degradado. Completamente sem insonorização, frente a uma rodovia com múltiplos viadutos, um barulho infernal. Tivemos uma noite horrível, sem descanso. O pequeno almoço é uma coisa horrível. Num lugar sujo, com alimentos duvidosos, sem qualquer qualidade.

Hotel mal insonorizado y con mucho ruido por autovía cercana.
Pros:

Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es que esta cerca del aeropuerto y que tiene el servicio de recogida y regreso del aeropuerto.

Cons:

La habitación que se nos asigno esta justo debajo de unas autovías y el ruido toda la noche fue insoportable, uno llega a ese hotel tras un viaje largo con la intención de descansar y es IMPOSIBLE.
El ruido de la autovía y la mala insonorización de las habitaciones hace imposible el descanso.
