Late ontbijttijd. We moesten een vliegtuig halen en de shuttlebus reed maar 1 x per uur.

l'accueil très tatillon puisque nous sommes arrivés à 14h45 pour s'enregistrer et on nous a fait clairement comprendre qu'il fallait attendre 15h00 précise pour récupérer notre chambre !
Le prix excessif pour garer la voiture !

Clean and close to airport
Too far from Waikīkī. The bus ride was long and scary.
Location was close to the airport.
Dirty carpets.
Wonderful staff. Great shuttle.
Next to massive highway. Very noisy.
Only water available was from vending machine, which only took cash, and was expensive.
Honolulu tap water has been poisoned by a military fuel dump. Every hotel should offer water, if not, they should make it easy to purchase and added to room tab.
Property was near the airport
Only one working elevator.
No working sofa or ice machines.
Convenient location- close to the airport
Breakfast did not start early enough. We had flights to catch and Breakfast service does not start early enough.
Rooms by the pool and road get a lot of traffic noise.
