Cairns stay
Pros:

The pool area was very good!

Cons:

We stayed in room 355. Every 5 mins or so a phone rang. We were not sure if it was coming from the restaurant below but it went all night. Reception was quite slow although they were very busy!

Lovely time, breakfast was a bit odd with the placement of things and only served either large block butter or a big tub

Cons:

Our room was down the back in the bottom floor and smelt musty, like it was wet all the time. My in laws were upstairs and their room was immaculate.

Pros:

i love the pool and swim up bar, the restaurant and the room service .
the location was perfect, you can walk anywhere on the main strip of shops.
everyone was very friendly and good service

Cons:

Not enough sun beds , and they were doing renovations on a section of the hotel, it was not un bearable , but it was taking away from a nice peaceful experience , but after a while you forget the noise was there

Outside of the 3 things mentioned, everything else was great.
Pros:

Pool was great. Moku bar pretty good. Walking distance to most things. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

One lift wasn’t working and the other one was pretty dodgy.
Air conditioner started dripping. I had to perform maintenance on it myself to clean it.
Shower design is shockingly bad. There is no slope to drain the water and there is no ridge to keep the water in so the bathroom floods. Had to roll up a towel to use as a barrier and constantly squeeze out the water.
