It’s a standard hotel stay, nothing special but comfortable enough with nice staff.
Pros:

The staff are lovely and helpful, the location is very convenient (bus platform about 1 min walk, and shops/restaurants are about 4 minute walk).
Room was nice. Clean. Pillows were no good, very uncomfortable.
I asked for a room away from lifts due to reviews saying they were noisy. My room was quite close and I could hear it - all night. They need to do something about that.
Gym is average. Pool area is really nice. Good for families.
The food is good.

Pros:

1. 前台工作人员非常热情幽默；
2. 我们是蜜月旅行，酒店给升级了房间并赠送了气泡酒和巧克力，非常感谢；
3. 酒店地理位置不错，去海滩、港口很近，附近步行15分钟的范围内也有很多餐厅选择。

Cons:

1.房间卫生打扫非常不认真，红酒杯是脏的（我可以确认工作人员完全没有清洗）、有一天没有客房服务、有一次没有放置擦手的毛巾；另外，我们在走廊里见过几次客房工作人员，她没有一次主动问好.
2.第一天入住的夜晚非常恐怖，我们被迫听了4个小时的印度音乐。我觉得如果酒店有泳池party，至少应该在入住前一天告诉顾客。

Would definitely stay again and recommend
Pros:

Lovely kind staff, buffet in morning id worth it and the food is lovely . Theres always a really nice smell in the reception area

Cons:

There was rust on the aircon on the vacant and chair and there was issues with the elevator which was frustrating but that something that was out of the hotels hands .
