La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

El hotel se distribuye en varios edificios (supongo que dependiendo del precio de la habitación, tocará uno u otro edificio).
En mi caso el edificio que me tocó se notaba un edificio viejo y en particular esa habitación necesitaba mantenimiento (mampara de la ducha que no cerraba en condiciones y generaba que el agua mojase el suelo del baño, el retrete tenía varias grietas, varias baldosas del baño estaban rotas,...) la cama de extra era excesivamente dura y angosta, la almohada muy delgada, muy incómodo dormir en esa cama.

Great place for starting fjords visits
Pros:

Location, it’s very close to port, disembarked from ferry and within 5 minutes we were at hotel.

Cons:

It’s getting warmer and warmer, perhaps a cooling system like aircondition might help.

Dusj som spruter utover gulvet. Ikke sluk.

Avoidable Hotel
Pros:

Poor, expensive Hotel. No air conditioning, old and ugly, small rooms. 4 stars... how on earth it has 4 stars. 2 stars is too much. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
