Pros:

Good location, good food. Nice older building.

Cons:

Was bothered by other quests, trying to get into my room in the middle of the night. Got limited support when called the reception. Worst hotel experience.

We figured out too late how to properly lock the door. Seems we were living the room unlocked most of the time. There was no written information on how to do this.

Excellent stay especially after I acquired a kettle to boil water for tea.
Pros:

My room was very spacious and it was located close to where I boarded the Hurtigruten.

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We had an excellent stay thank you.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent so we used it both days.
Liked the proximity to the center so we're able to pop back if needed.
Tom was fine and staff very helpful and friendly.
