Location, size of rooms was good, tv’s and beds were good.
For the cost per night, somethings could be improved, like better utensils in the small kitchenette, the air conditioning noise from the room next door was loud overnight making.it difficult to sleep. The provided map of the facility could be improved and clearly show the stair access, some salt and pepper sachets would have been useful
As indicated above everything was adequate
We had to ask for sheets and pillows for the pull out bed. We specified 3 guest and thought it would be obvious we’d need bedding for the third
I love character and have stayed here before
Our room was completely uneven. We live in an older home, so I’m fine with squeaks and imperfections, but our entire room was on an angle and made you feel dizzy based on how uneven the flooring was, we found four cherry pits all over one side of the bed on the floor, pool was closed, but was not disclosed in advance to me and they said we could use the Royal Canadian next-door, but it was about four buildings down and not convenient at all. Called for a late checkout at noon and a guy came in at 11 even though we were yelling that we were still in the room and then we went to open the door he was gone. Our TVs were barely working, and it would cut in and out of a black screen, and then when it did have a screen, it would be shaky.
Close to town and quiet.
The only thing I had a problem with iOS the bathroom door was heavy to pull and there was mold on the ceiling and on the walls. That turned me right off seeing that. The room we stayed in 211.
It was cute and clean and really close to the school for the tournament.
The parking! Having to reach out the passenger window to hold the antenna of my truck at an angle to keep it from scratching the ceiling.
Good price
Good location
Pool
Not too big
One of the outdoor hallways needed new lightbulbs. It was dark at night
Its walking distance the washroom and the location of the view in the mountain
There is no microwave and the pricing of the rooms
Close to everything so you can walk into town and to restaurants. Large clean room
I would have liked reasonably priced Tesla EV charger. In general EV chargers in Banff are now very slow and over priced.
Great location
Parking was a little tight
The location was great. The pool area was clean.
The front door deadbolt didn't lock. One front desk staff member wasn't eager to help fix it or call maintenance to fix it. Once I asked to speak to a manager he finally called maintenance to fix the door. We had to wait for over an hour for the lock to be fixed to functioning. When we finally spoke to the manager he offered nothing to us as compensation for the inconvenience of wasting our time and delaying us from enjoying our vacation as we were forced to wait as the door lock was being fixed. These types of basic security measures should be checked in between guests.
The room floor was filthy; as if it wasn't vacuumed or, mopped.
One of the TVs was disconnected and not working.
Not good at all. Dog shit on my new boots from walking in the stupid MOTEL ..
The whole thing
The hot tub and pool
The location was a bit far
Staff was lovely, gave us an upgrade which was fantastic. Easy to check in and get to our room.
The room was quite cold on arrival and throughout.
