Cons:

The cost of staying in Banff is outrageous and applies to every hotel in the area. So while not exclusive to the Charlton the price was still too high.

The property was very clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located close to everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and made our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

a member of the housekeeping staff shouted "Housekeeping" and immediately opened the door to my room without waiting for a response. At the time, I had not yet checked out and was undressed in the room. This was a significant invasion of privacy and caused me considerable discomfort.
I previously contacted both the general hotel email and housekeeping management regarding this matter but have not received any response. I would appreciate an acknowledgment of my complaint and an explanation of any measures being taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

The location was very good, close to the downtown. They have the facility of parking as well.

Cons:

The room was bit of old style and a slightly damage especially walls. The beds weren't that comfortable.
