By far the best location if you want to be on the water with spectacular views and incredible pool and beach areas. This hotel was worth it just for the natural beauty of the location . Our room (superior) was newly renovated and very tastefully done with a lot of great storage. We were there during a very hot week in August and the Air Conditioning was perfect. The restaurants were really good and the location and view were better than any other spot we found in Taormina. We did a private book tour and they were able to drop us off at the dock near hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cocktails in the deck bar were served with great snacks Would highly recommend this place as it’s a very unique hotel
Lobby and some of halls aren’t particularly luxurious and backstage service areas aren’t fully hidden, but this is a minor and very insignificant point. A few things to know- beach is gorgeous but rocky, recommend appropriate footwear, you are way below town so taxi, hotel shuttle or funicular to get up to town ( totally worth it to be close to the water)

Fantastic location in a unique setting.
Parts of the property need updating. Also had our least impressive meal our entire trip at Le Grand Bleu although the setting of the restaurant is spectacular!
The hotel is gorgeous and so very unique. The pool and beach were exceptional with plenty of lounging areas and good drinks. It never felt too crowded and we always had enough space. We were upgraded to a king, sea view room and it was spacious and comfortable. A real highlight of our trip! I can't recommend this hotel enough!
