Great location & facilities with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

My wife and I were in Dublin to support our grandaughter competing in the World Cup Dance Final at thd CCD.
It was hot and v busy. We stayed at The Spencer hotel, in a great location close to the CCD. We unfortunately had a problem with our room...but, it was resolved efficiently and quickly.
Thank you to the friendly and helpful. staff.

Dance World Cup visit to Dublin, Ireland
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, the room was perfect, spacious, clean, functional, everything worked well. Had a big bathroom! Hotel staff were amazing, super friendly. The Asian restaurant was a good option. The cleaning staff has been one of the best ones I have seen, and I do travel a lot. It seems they had a permanent cleaning team on every floor. I definitively recommend this Hotel.

Pros:

Spent two days in the Spencer and the hotel is fantastic. From reception being checked in by Alexander who welcomed us and was so friendly and helpful throughout the stay to Thais in thr breakfast that was so pleasant and lovely to talk to. Also need to mention Glauber or Cleber can't remember his name that served us both days in the restaurant. He was very helpful as well. Alejandro the FD manager was also great and friendly. Ye have a good team, keep doing the great work. Hospitality isn't easy at all but ye are definitely an asset to this Hotel. Thankyou for the amazing service ye provided.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Recently stayed at this hotel for The Dance World Cup, perfect location, lovely hotel, booked a room for 3 people, the room was huge, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, so much to choose from, could not fault it, we ate in the restaurant on one occasion too which again was very nice and tasty, would definitely stay in this hotel again and would definitely recommend to others
