Great location if attending a three arena concert.
Pros:

Property is in a perfect spot if you are attending a concert in three arena. Rooms are lovely and clean. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

Pros:

Nice hotel not too far from the city centre, room was modern, clean and comfy. All staff we're friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Would have spent more time in the bar but couldn't put up with the blaring dog shite music, repetitive, boring, loud rubbish.

Comfortable, convenient, friendly, excellent choice!
Pros:

Great location (near the airport express shuttle bus and Connolly train station), wonderful pool and jacuzzi, with steam room and sauna, delicious food (we had room service from the restaurant), and consistently very good service from everyone we dealt with. Everything in the room was clean and comfy, with a beautiful balcony view of the river.

Pros:

He location were good for the concert we went to and the room were bigger than expected.

Cons:

The cocktail bar was a disaster, we left our cocktails behind because they were not good/undrinkable. Usually if something is not up to expectations we would address it on the spot, but the starting point was so low we gave up beforehand.
Also the room has a weird sewer smell

Pros:

Excellent. The Maitre Di who was greeting people in the breakfast room Sunday May 10th was just so lovely. I was traveling with my daughter and her cousin and without saying a word the Maitre Di with a friendly smile understood my needs immediately. I actually can't fault any of the staff. They were friendly, helpful and took pride in their work. Excellent representatives for the hotel. Thank you for such a great experience!

Cons:

The pool tiles were a little grubby but not a deal breaker. It didn't impact how we enoyed our stay there.

Good location

Cons:

Arranged for an extra bedroom and was given a room with sofa that when opened out touched our bed . Went to go to bed at 11pm and the sofa was not even made up . Had to get house keeping so didn’t get down till 12 pm . Our friend only stayed 1 night as it was very uncomfortable sofa . Then on check out they tried to charge me an extra 75 euro .
