Excelente hotel con ubicacion perfecta.
Pros:

El hotel está situado a pasos del puente Charles y por ende de todo el centro histórico. Fue muy fácil de localizar y está en un sitio super seguro por lo que puedes entrar y salir a cualquier hora con toda tranquilidad. El personal en recepción super amables y atentos con lo que necesites. Muy cerca de tiendas de joyas, souvenirs, restaurants, bares. El desayuno muy completo y variado y muy delicioso. Cumplí años estando allí y me dieron obsequios de chocolates deliciosos y champagne, un detalle que me causó gran emoción y alegría lo cual les agradezco de todo corazón. La habitación impecable, espaciosa, confortable, con un baño amplio. Con caja de seguridad y ascensor. Superó nuestras expectativas y lo recomiendo con toda seguridad.

Hade fyra härliga dagar. Fint Hotell, mycket att se och många bra restauranger och caféer.
Pros:

Hotellet är vackert, rummen fina med målningar i taket och på väggen. Romantiskt, kulturellt. Rent och sköna sängar. Fantastisk frukost i fin lokal. Personalen väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet ligger centralt vid foten av ena sidan av Karlsbron, nära flera spårvagnslinjer.

A great find in a great location
Pros:

Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Wifi was good.
The very good breakfast was taken in the basement.
There were tea making facilities in the room, and a coffee, hot & cold water machine on the ground floor. ## Beware the hot water is scolding hot. ##
Reception staff we very friendly and helpful....breakfast staff also friendly
Location was excellent, 2-3 minutes walk to the western side of the Charles Bridge. 1 minute walk away from
Malostranské náměstí that had 5 tram routes which can get you all over the city. It was so hot when we were there, we made great use of the trams, but not all are air conditioned.

Cons:

We were upgraded to a suite on arrival. But the only air conditioing unit was in the reception room, they was no air con in the bedroom, which meant for a very sticky sleep over our 3-day stay in midsummer.
There is no hotel bar, but plenty of options bars and restaurants nearby

とにかく立地が最高！カレル橋まで徒歩3〜4分。トラム、地下鉄の駅もすぐ。フロントスタッフも親切。朝食もコンパクトに並べられているけど、とても充実した内容で申し分無し。朝食スタッフもとても礼儀正しい。建物は少し古いけど、エレベーターもあり水回りも問題無し。エレベーターホールに水、お湯、炭酸水のマシンがあり、いつでも使える。
おすすめのホテルです！

Cons:

隣がバーかクラブなのかな？そちら側の部屋は、夜間かなりうるさかった。

I only stayed at room 5 more minutes, till 11:05 and had a room call from reception. People on vacation welcome check out at least at 12pm and breakfast till 11am or later.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und wenig professionell, was den ansonsten positiven Eindruck etwas getrübt hat.

Cons:

Leider war unsere Erfahrung mit dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption äußerst negativ. Er war sehr unfreundlich, sprach in einem provokanten und respektlosen Ton und beantwortete unsere Fragen nicht. Besonders unangenehm war, dass er wiederholt und sehr nachdrücklich die Nummer meiner Bank- bzw. Kreditkarte verlangte, obwohl ich ihm mehrmals erklärte, dass ich diese aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht herausgeben darf. Sein Verhalten war völlig unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Ich werde mich deshalb offiziell über diesen Mitarbeiter beschweren.

Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet, allerdings sind sie sehr hellhörig. Man hört jede Bewegung und jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern, da praktisch keine Schalldämmung vorhanden ist:

Die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht, daher hörte man nachts die gröhlenden Männer der Junggesellenabschiede. Damit muss man aber in Prag mit rechnen.....😅

Pros:

O pequeno almoço tinha opções diversificadas, embora numa versão tipo "gourmet". Os sumos disponíveis podiam ser de melhor qualidade. Foi ótimo dispôr de elevador. Também tem um dispensador de águas ( fria, gaseificada, quente, com opção de fazer chá ou café) no piso da entrada, junto ao elevador. O quarto também dispunha de ar condicionado e frigo bar, com bebidas e snacks. Mas como a estadia foi só de uma noite não houve tempo para apreciar na plenitude a atmosfera do hotel.

La situation au top, la gentillesse du personnel, le bon petit déjeuner et le confort de la chambre

Cons:

Un peu de bruit la nuit quand des passants crient ou que les poubelles passent. Après c'est normal puisqu'on est quasi à côté du pont Chatles sur un axe très passant. L'hôtel n'y peu rien .

Понравилось все.
Персонал очень дружелюбен и помогает во всем. Питер сотрудник работающий на ресепшн был очень внимателен прекрасно знает свой город и посоветовал нам много интересных мест, которых не знают другие посетить и где можно вкусно поесть по нормальной цене.
Завтрак просто Супер. Есть большой выбор всего. И все вкусно.
Мы были очень довольны и я с удовольствием вернусь в этот отель еще раз

Tutti gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Cons:

Alla mattina saliva in camera un po' di odore di cucinato per la colazione. Tuttavia, chiudendo la porta dell' anticamera il problema era risolto.
