From the time we arrived, a great experience.
Pros:

Location, charm, very attentive staff and breakfast all combined to create a great experience

Cons:

The only negative, and not the fault of the hotel, was noise from the wine bar down stairs until the wee hours of the morning on Saturday night

Lovely stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

Nice and spacious Junior suite room.
Lovely decorations. Good coffee. Good size bathtub with a holder for your champagne or book or phone. Two little rubber ducks were found in the bathroom :)
Elevator takes you to the third floor, where we stayed. A bit unlucky of you are on level 4, you will have to walk up the last flight of stairs. Breakfast was perfect! We even found sparkling wine!! The hotel is in a great location. Charles bridge is just around the corner. The castle is close too. It is a good part of town, not overly crowded like it would be on the other side of the river. We would gladly come back.
We stored our luggage in the hotel for half a day (great!) as we arrived very early in the morning and couldn’t check in.

Skvelé ubytovanie priamo v centre!
Pros:

Lokalita super (blízko parkovacích garáži, čo bolo pre nás dôležité), izba čistá, posteľ veľmi pohodlná, recepčný veľmi ochotný, milý a ústretový. Raňajky perfektné, veľký výber chutného jedla.

Cons:

Hluk z nočných podnikov z ulice bolo počuť neskoro do noci, čo je ale ,,cena´´ za ubytovanie priamo v centre...

Little Gem in Prague City Centre
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Close to Charles Bridge. Staff is super friendly and breakfast is great. Good value for money! Its in a busy street but did not hear any noise or anything :)

Cons:

Would be good if the hotel had a proper bar/bigger lounge but thats only something minor.

Our room on the fourth floor was tired and needed to be refreshed. Particularly the bathroom and toilet.

We had a terrific time at this charming and convenient hotel.
Pros:

I loved the location and local charm of this hotel, the thoughtful touches such as lots of books about Prague culture and history for guests to read, excellent breakfast, and above all the staff.

Pros:

Puikus, išskirtinio istorinio interjero viešbutis. Puiki vieta, pačiame miesto centre, bet tuo pačiu kambaryje buvo ramu, nesigirdėjo triukšmo. Pusryčių pasirinkimas nėra didelis, bet tikrai kokybiškas ir apgalvotas. Maloniai nustebino svečiams siūloma geriamojo vandens stotelė. Viešnagė buvo išties maloni.

Cons:

Buvo nesklandumų dėl viešbučio užsakymo, ką buvo galima lengvai ir greitai išspręsti, jei viešbučio administratorius būtų matęs sistemoje detalesnę užsakymo informaciją. Gal labiau šis komentaras skirtas booking.com, o ne pačiam viešbučiui.

El desayuno delicioso y muy variado. La persona encargada una maravilla. Las chicas que lo llevan un amor e incluso se esfuerzan en hablar en español Anastacia gracias por ser tan cariñosa. En recepción también muy amables, Llegamos muy temprano a las 5 y nis cuidaron mucho. Gracias a tod@s.

Great location, great staff, lovely hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location. Good value. Room/suite was really nice and spacious. Good selection at breakfast. The staff were all amazing, really friendly.

Outside noise made it difficult to sleep at times.
