The best hotel staff in Prague
Pros:

The staff at The Charles were so incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. We were so impressed by the level of service, what a lovely group of people!

Cons:

Our room was above a bar that got quite loud until around 2am.

Excellent staff and location
Pros:

The location was great and the staff, Jan and Petr excellent. They were thoughtful and accommodating and went out of their way to offer a
personal experience. The breakfast was very good too with lots of choices.

The place to stay in Prague
Pros:

This is probably the best place to stay in Prague. Everything was great, from the top location and tasty breakfast to the very clean and comfortable room with all the facilities you need. We truly loved our time here.

The hotel was fine, but the city was horrible. We were pickpocketed for $425 and can’t buy a taxi making us pay $56 for

The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was superb. We really enjoyed that. It was an old building, but it has its charm.

Cons:

Getting in and out of the tub was difficult. We never got the shower unit to work for us, we struggled with that. We reported the phone not working in the room and all week long. It was never fixed.

Pros:

A Localização é Perfeita. Fizemos tudo a Pé, Caminhar em Praga é Uma Delícia, a Cidade é Linda; Só Usamos Uber Para Chegar no Hotel e Para Sairmos Para a Estação de Trem;
O Hotel é Lindissimo, Parece um Palácio Antigo;
O Café da Manhã é Maravilhoso;

A 10 In Every Way
Pros:

Everything. A few steps out the door and you are one block from the Charles Bridge Lesser Gate. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping in the immediate neighborhood. Hotel was charming, room and bed were big and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff extremely accommodating. Price was right!

Beautiful city holiday. Recommended.
Pros:

Breakfast was good enough, but very ordinary. Bread looked cheap quality, maybe from Aldi. Maybe bakeries dont make nice bread in this city?

Cons:

Bed blanket doesnt need to be so thick. We had to turn airco lower to find a pleasant temperature under that thick blanket.
