I only had a cold breakfast, but there were lots of options and there was a good range of fresh fruit.

The hotel is used for a homeless shelter by the City of Limerick . Its sad to see but I know when I book a vacation I am not checking into a homeless shelter

Great city centre hotel, just by the river. Breakfast really good with table service - best to pay for breakast in the advance (night before ok) for discount.
The hotel and bar staff were very helpful, one member of the team helped dry my jacket after we got wet in the rain - apparently it rains a lot in Ireland !!
The window in our room was cracked and the other one very hard to open, I understand that hotel aware and hopefully arrangements are being made for repair /replacement. There were some building improvements going on during our stay but this did not affect us and the new carpet looks good.

Hotel was nice and clean, and the hotel staff at the front desk was especially helpful.
The only drawback was that breakfast was not included . It would’ve made life a lot easier for us.

Friendly staff, excellent location. Clean and comfortable.
The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly in the room, and the shower was awkward for older adults (the bath mat was needed). A tiny fridge would be nice.
