The bath room and the room its self very noisy
I recently stayed at this hotel and left highly disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the night team. During the night, a male overnight staff member named Alan aggressively approached the door of my room to check on the number of occupants inside.While I completely understand and respect that hotels have strict policies regarding room capacity and noise levels—and we may have been a little loud—the situation was handled incredibly poorly by Alan. Instead of addressing the matter politely or professionally, his approach was confrontational and unnecessarily aggressive.As a paying guest, I expected a standard of courtesy and safety that was simply not met during this interaction. This could have been resolved easily with basic hospitality skills, but instead, Alan left a very negative impression on my stay. I hope management addresses training with him and their overnight crew.
Reception staff and bar staff all lovely people
Cleaning staff didn't pause at da door when they knocked, they knocked and entered da room straight away, wasn't nice

Stayed because we were going to a concert, price was very high for one night room only. We were told that the bar would not be open for residents when we got back
