Overall very plesent stay would stay again for event or gig.
Pros:

The staff from reception to the bar and breakfast staff were just brilliant. Friendly helpful chatty. We arrived and had booked two singles due to no other availability when booking. We asked if anything had become available they were nice and moved us to a double. The bar is very comfy and nice vibe. The staff were so nice in bar. The manager Joanna very chatty and professional. The breakfast was nice. Overall value for money very good.

Cons:

The only thing we felt needs updating are the bedrooms. The bed was a bit hard but the pillows were terrible 😔

Awesome breakfast.
Pros:

We couldn't fault the place. Staff were great and so helpful. Make sure that you book the breakfast. One of the best breakfasts that I have ever had.

One Night Stay
Pros:

Most of the Staff were very friendly and dinner in McGettigans was lovely. Ideal for going to concert in Thomond Park.

Cons:

We were told breakfast finished at 11 by reception staff, we arrived down at 10 to be ate by I think manager of breakfast room who told us it finished at 10. She then said I suppose you can sit there! now remember we were paying extra for this breakfast. w
We went up to buffet nothing really out a little bit of cereal, no spoons. I ordered an omelette my friend ordered scrambled egg which she had to drain a load of water off! The atmosphere in the room was very unfriendly.

Probably would pick a different hotel next time.
Pros:

Room was fine. Nothing exciting about this hotel but it served its purpose.

Cons:

Parking was a hassle. Had to park a block away for an additional 14 euro.

Good location for concert goers.
Pros:

Location. Nice bar.

Cons:

No air con in rooms. And window only tilts open slightly so very warm .No iron in room only one iron near lifts tied to wall so u need to iron there. Not ideal. No complimentary water (essential) in room. Bar shut when we returned just before midnight and no option as a resident to get any drinks. Always been able to get late drinks when staying in hotels across Ireland.
