Sort out the PARKING
Pros:

Very nice and clean. Staff was very nice very helpful.

Cons:

The price for the PARKING was extortionate. £50 is a lot of money. This is the only reason I will not stay here again unless they change their parking prices for HOTEL residence.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und das Frühstück entsprachen weitgehend unseren Erwartungen.
Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist nicht ideal, aber man kann zu Fuß unterwegs sein.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz, der aber sehr teuer ist. Wir wichen deshalb auf einen Parkplatz aus, der ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegt. Dieser und andere alternative Parkplätze waren uns vom Hotel genannt worden. Besser wäre es, man könnte kostengünstiger beim Hotel direkt parken.

Pros:

Größeres Hotel mit vielen Zimmern. Aber sehr ruhig. Lage zum Zentrum sehr gut, ca 15min zu Fuss. Parkplatz gebührenpflichtig (24h), aber war ok. Haben Auto stehen lassen und Bath zu Fuss erkundet.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and room was clean and the aircon worked well. Drinks were not over priced.

Could have been better
Pros:

The location is ok

Cons:

Poor gluten free choice.
One of the staff members was topping up the croissants with her hands, no gloves , not using the utensils, just her hands.
The same staff member was also using a cloth with some sort of chemical spray and bringing out cutlery and not washing her hands.
She also brought plates while holding the cloth and the spray bottle.
She was not washing her hands while going back and forward out of the kitchen area.
So perfect cross contamination and poor food safety/ hygiene.
She would go inside of the kitchen and return in 10/15 seconds, that proof she was not washing her hands. This person wasn’t wearing proper uniform but had a name badge from the hotel and definitely wasn’t part of the breakfast team.
Would not be surprised if someone would have been contaminated because of her actions.
At check out had to look for the receptionist that was busy having a chat with two of her colleagues by the breakfast buffet .
She just turned around and said to leave the keys on the counter, not even asked if I had a good stay .. priorities are different in this hotel.
