chambre tranquille et comfortable
l’ascenseur, qui fonctionnait mal et nous a fait peur, et il y en a un seul dans tout l’hôtel. Il a été hors d’usage pendant plusieurs heures après.

Ascensore purtroppo non funzionante. Colazione scarsa. Ma la cosa peggiore il parcheggio che non è compreso. Costa 30£ al giorno. FOLLIA!

Overpriced parking. There was a bright green emergency light which was so bright i couldn't sleep..

Good location, quiet rooms and comfortable
Breakfast was very busy and a bit chaotic. Got there 45 minutes before they stopped serving but they’d already run out of croissants
Staff helpful, breakfast choice was good but the lay out needs improvement everyone trying to get drinks, cereals and cooked food all in one place
We booked a ground floor room and were put in the 3rd floor with the lift out of order we did ask to be moved but told no rooms were available
La struttura era accogliente e la camera ben arredata,il letto molto comodo.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti e non ci è stato mai rifatto il letto nè pulito il bagno. L'housekeeping ha soltanto cambiato asciugamani e svuotato i cestini. Ho chiesto spiegazioni all'addetta di accoglienza ma lei ha detto che non sapeva cosa prevedesse il servizio di housekeeping e ogni quanto sarebbero state pulite bene le camere!!
L'ascensore si è rotto dal terzo giorno e quando siamo andate via era ancora out of order.
Avevamo la necessità di prenotare un taxi per l'aeroporto e l'unico aiuto che abbiamo ricevuto è stato quello di fornirci il numero di telefono di una compagnia di taxi. Ho quindi provveduto personalmente a prenotare il taxi ( per fortuna ho un buon livello di inglese!!)

Parking price was ridiculous
Booked two rooms for 2 adults and 4 children, which when we booked holiday inn confirmed there was 2 double beds so 4 children could share. When we arrived there was 1 double for the kids and a single! Then the staff declared it's £50 for parking! On hearing that we asked for a refund and left. Steer clear of this place. Staff that don't actually care and a ludicrous parking charge! Will never use Holiday Inn again, anywhere.
