hotel buono a Tenerife
Pros:

abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio a Tenerife e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti della scelta. l’hotel è molto bello e offre ben tre piscine, tutte curate e piacevoli, che rendono l’atmosfera perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi qualche momento di tranquillità. anche la posizione è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza: si trova proprio di fronte al mare e, con una piacevole passeggiata, si possono raggiungere sia Los Cristianos che Costa Adeje, dove si trovano ristoranti, negozi, locali e tutto ciò che serve per vivere la zona senza dover necessariamente utilizzare la macchina. abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la colazione e la cena a buffet: la scelta era davvero ampia e varia, con diverse possibilità ogni giorno, quindi è stato facile trovare qualcosa di nostro gradimento. nel complesso è stata comunque un’esperienza molto positiva: hotel bello, ottima posizione e tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza piacevole e rilassante. lo consiglierei sicuramente a chi cerca una struttura comoda per alternare giornate di mare, relax e passeggiate alla scoperta della zona.

Cons:

la pulizia è stata nel complesso buona, anche se, considerando la categoria di un hotel 4 stelle, ci aspettavamo un livello di cura leggermente superiore. ci aspettavamo che lo staff parlasse un po di più l’italiano, ma siamo riusciti a capirci!

El hotel es muy comodo, en primera linea de playa. Fuimos con un bebe de 18 meses y el personal del restaurante estuvieron pendiente de sus comidas siempre. De diez

Cons:

Lo malo es que si es un plan familiar por la noche hay mucho ruido porque esta igualmente en primera linea de la zona de fiesta.

buena limpieza de habitaciones y en general limpio todo el hotel
todo el personal muy agradable
zona piscinas muy bien sobre todo la infinity

buffet dno y cena rico pero muyyy poca variedad
todos los años vamos a un hotel diferente y este a sido uno de ellos
el hotel necesita un reforma
enfrente zona marcha
avise desde enero cama grande unos 12 mensajes y no hubo manera

Personal für ein so großes Hotel extrem freundlich und gut!

Da die Ostseite des Hotels in Richtung Partymeile geht baten wir nach der 1. Nacht um einen Zimmerwechsel auf die Westseite - was ungehend erfüllt wurde. DANKE.

Spa Bereich schön - den Pool haben die Kids geliebt. Rooftoopool lt meiner Frau auch Top.

Super war am Mittwoch der Sushi Abend mit selbstgemachten Sushis. Traum!

Kinderprogramm bzw Disko abends wurde trotz der wenigen Kinder in der 2. Woche immer durchgeführt. Die Kids hatten Spass.

Parkplatz vor der Türe kostet zwar 10 euro aber super Service. Gut investiertes Geld!

Super 2 Wochen verbracht! DANKE

Cons:

Wer es ruhig mag ist hier falsch - das Hotel ist aber Top!

Very good getaway
Pros:

I went with my 4 years old son and my mum for 8 days at the end of August. We went with Jet2, so transfer from the airport dropped us on. The reception staff - (I think the manager) helped out as one person was being served, so he tried avoid our wait… we have been told that the room is not ready and we have been offered to leave suitcase in there till 2pm. It was around 11.30, so we have decided to check the pool. Pool was very full - no sunbeds available, so we decided to check the beach which was literally across the road - so close!! we also went to Mcdonald’s for lunch (next to the hotel) as we had inly half board anyway.

At 2pm , we got a room keys and went to our accommodation. We have been surprised - the room looked absolutely fabulous, very nice and stylish simple look and bathroom as well (pictured).
After a bit of unpacking and wondering around, we went to dinner . The dining room matched style of the hotel (lobby, rooms etc) and was also very stylish, clean and everything looked as new. Staff friendly, even when really busy - I mean VERY busy. and OMG … the food was exceptional.
We have been in so many countries and hotels before and we agreed that this hotel had the best food! Every day it was different choice and part was “based” on different country as well as others dishes …
So, we have been very pleased with the hotel.

We went to different beaches in area (and by local bus). We could not use the popular scooters as we had my son with us, otherwise we would be riding on it too as they have been everywhere. There were local sightseeing train, which we did not used but heard it is good.
There is plenty local stores with various stuff as well as small Spar (5mins walk) to get fresh baguettes, cheese and ham …

The hotel gardens are all tidy and very nice, we could not visit the over 18 pool (as had my little one with us anyway).

Overall we have been very happy, we just been a bit annoyed by tourists “reserving” their pool spots by putting their towels on sunbeds (but i guess is everywhere like that, but hotel should do something about it). Also, the entertaining team was always starting late and not interacting with guests as we had in other hotels. The evening entertainment was pretty much all the same - singing 🙄.

The noise was until late evenings and some days, noise from other clubs was disturbing our sleep, so if you are very light sleeper- you might don’t like it …

we would definitely come again to this hotel!!!
