الموظفون محترمون جدًا ومتعاونون، وكانت التجربة بشكل عام ممتازة، كما أن الموقع رائع ومميز.

Cons:

لدي ملاحظة بسيطة فقط: الشقة التي حصلت عليها كانت في الدور الرابع (الأخير)، لذلك كان السقف منخفضًا قليلًا، وهذا قد يكون مزعجًا بعض الشيء

Sorprende el tamaño de las suites y su confort sin pagar las fortunas de esa zona
Pros:

Perfecta ubicación para conocer el Madrid más céntrico y el ambiente de esa zona. Sorprende el tamaño de la suite y el equipamiento.

Cons:

Un desayuno muy cortito, nada parecido a lo que me dijeron en recepción. Falta proteína.

Old but well located apartment
Pros:

The location is perfect. The apartment large.

Cons:

The place needs renovation. Light switches in the salon don't do anything. The curtains don't close well. Shower is in the bathtub. All in all, fit this price one would expect better ... Breakfast was very basic. We asked for eggs, but they refused.
