Location is excellent
Ubicación.
Pedimos habitacion tranquila. Nos dieron una interior, perfecto porque en la zona habia mucha gente y ruido por la Noche. El problema es que unos tubos enormes de aire acondicionado o de extracción recorren toda la fachada del patio interior y hacen mucho ruido, durante toda la noche, con las ventanas cerradas. Tuvimos mucha dificultad para dormir. A ese precio de hotel 4 estrellas no es admisible. La cama del sofa cama igualmente muy incomoda

مساحة الشقة جيدة ل 3 اشخاص
بعيد عن غران ڤيا ماانصح بالسكن فيه تحت الفندق بارات كثيرة و صوت ازعاج كبير بالليل .. كل ماطلعت تقفل الباب وتسلم المفتاح للفندق وتاخذه منهم لما ترجع .. مساء يقفلون باب الفندق ولن تستطيع الدخول الا اذا موظف الموجود فالريسبشن فتحلك الباب… مرة رجعنا وماكان الموظف موجود و نطرنا برا ولما جاء ( اسمه باولو) كان بالداخل يتكلم مع نزيل آخر و خلانا ملطوعين عند الباب ولا كأنه شايفنا !! طرقنا عالباب عشان يفتح لان راجعين تعبانين قام يصارخ علينا بصوت عالي ويكلمنا بتهجم و بطريقة همجية كأننا نشتغل عنده ويسخر منا ! موظف سيئ الخلق للغاية عكس ألبرتو اللطيف واللبق

Todo estuvo ok
The location was perfect, easy walking distance from the Prado and other museums, nice cafes in the neighborhood and easy walking distance to metro to get anywhere! The rooms were very large and comfortable. The staff was great about holding our bags and we were even able to check in early and freshen up before starting our day on arrival. Everything was perfect!
