Cons:

Room service staff at night was not even responding properly...first they picked up the call after 5 attempts and later i asked about extra blanket for my toddlers , he said our hotel is full tonight that's why no blanket available....so is this the reason for such a well known hotel...i don't know whether he was saying truth or not...but i didn't like it...
