Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms, I would highly recommend it.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, clean and a good size for 3 adults and one child. The car parking was on expensive side but very convenient.

Cons:

The receptionist was very slow and inefficient. He was not at the desk all the time.

Prestations mensongères !
Cons:

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 19 au 20 juillet 26. Nous avions choisi cet établissement en grande partie parce qu’il disposait d’une piscine, un critère essentiel pour notre séjour en famille.

À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert que la piscine était inaccessible en raison de travaux (absence de clôture de sécurité et bassin fermé). Aucune information ne nous avait été communiquée avant notre arrivée, alors que nous avions réservé plusieurs mois auparavant.

Lorsque nous avons interrogé l agent d’accueil, il nous a été expliqué que les clients ayant réservé plus tôt dans l’année n’avaient pas été prévenus. En guise de “compensation”, il nous a été proposé de nous rembourser l’entrée d’une piscine située dans le centre de Lausanne. Pour un séjour d’une seule nuit avec deux enfants, cette solution est totalement inadaptée.

Nous avons donc payé le tarif intégral pour une prestation dont nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier. (À cela s’ajoutent plus de 20 € de taxe de séjour pour notre famille, ce qui renforce le sentiment d’avoir payé un prix élevé pour une expérience qui ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé)

Nous répétons avec le sentiment d avoir été trompé.

Be careful with your belongings, and don't expect efficient customer service if something goes wrong
Pros:

The room was a good size and very well equipped. I especially appreciated the USB charging ports. The bathroom was also well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay.

Cons:

On the very first day of my stay, I placed a spare card in the key card holder so the air conditioning would keep running while we were out. When we returned to the room, the card was gone. I contacted the front desk five times during my stay, but they were unable to find it.

Only after I had checked out did they inform me that they had found the card. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they rudely asked me to pay for the shipping to have it returned. To make matters worse, the shipping cost was almost €50, which I found completely unreasonable.

Another disappointment was the air conditioning. It worked very poorly and the room never reached a comfortable temperature, even though it was running at the highest setting all day long.

The hotel is not located in Lausanne but in a nearby town. Reaching the city center requires taking a buss and train, which can be inconvenient for travelers expecting to stay close to Lausanne's main attractions.

Un très bon accueil.
La carte de transport en commun offerte, bien pratique

Cons:

La piscine fermée (sans information par mail avant) alors que nous avions réservé exprès l'hôtel pour la piscine.
Les photos booking montrent un environnement très vert (on s'imagine en pleine nature) alors que la réalité est très différente.

Pros:

La taille de la chambre est très bien, avec balcon. Mais nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser à cause d'un nid de guêpe.
Le petit déjeuner très varié.
Et le restaurant sympa m.

Je pense que la moquette mérite d'être remplacée par du parquet.

Great experience
Pros:

Our room was fabulous, we were upgraded to a room with balcony, on the top floor. It was great to drink our coffee on the balcony every morning!
Everything was wonderful, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the attention to detail and the willingness of the staff to help whenever we needed it.
Overall, it was a great experience and we can't wait to come back.
