Great place to stay and enjoy Grand Junction, but dislike the charge for parking to stay there.
Pros:

It has always been an excellent Hotel and I usually stay there when travelling to Grand Junction. It is a bonus that it is part of the Hilton Brand.

Cons:

For the Prices they charge, requiring customers to pay for parking is what I consider gouging. I understand they were going through construction, but it appears the Staff was not ready for it.

Disappointing
Pros:

The accesible hot water and the service at the bar with Nicki was wonderful.

Cons:

Cleanliness was incredibly lacking, inoperable amenities, low quality sheets, room temperature 78 degrees at night, minimal shade in pool area and not welcoming at all.

$12 for parking???
Pros:

The hotel was fine, but why do they charge $12 per day to park in their large, heavily potholed parking lot? It’s not like to there are public transportation options. I do not see the fee disclosed on their website. Would have gone elsewhere since it increased the total bill.

Close to the airport
Pros:

A nice hotel in a great location. It’s located right near the airport, and they do have a free shuttle behind the hotel is a largegolf course and you’re very close to the Colorado river.

The rooms are large and nicely equipped. Although I would have appreciated more USB PORTS

Chef Les and Nikki saved us
Pros:

While in town fighting fires we got back late to the hotel and planned on eating at the hotel. We went straight the the bar restaurant and asked if they were still serving food (it was 9:59pm) Nikki checked with chef Les and he said send it. I can’t tell you how hungry we were and how much we were ready for bed. So Nikki and Chef Les were are heroes at night and we thank them for going over and beyond.
