Pros:

Bedrooms were comfy and nice. Good price good location.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disappointment. No coffee. Toaster didnt work and the waffle cooker didnt cook the waffles through. Ended up taking a muffin and going.

Wasn’t terrible but definitely not up to expectations. I would likely not stay here again.

Old facilities in need of some updating, which is not a big deal. Peeling paint and rust around exterior doors. Tub in room wasn’t clean when I checked in. Mattress pad stained and ripped; just made me question what all might be there that I couldn’t see. TV in sitting area didn’t work. Breakfast was basic and very limited. I just got a not super clean vibe from all of it. Staff was nice. Toilet was clogged and they sent someone to fix it immediately. I’m definitely a basic value hotel girl but this was a little below my comfort level AND my expectations for this particular chain.

Mediocre but quiet.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The towels were nice and plush. The motel was located away from train tracks, so there was no train noise. Traffic noise was limited. The room darkening shade worked.

Cons:

I stayed from Monday afternoon through Saturday morning. THE MAIDS NEVER CLEANED MY ROOM. I took my two trash cans down to the front desk to show them. My bed was never made, the carpet (which felt sticky underfoot) was never vacuumed, the dirty towels were never changed and replaced with clean ones. The fitness room air conditioner didn't work - it must've been 85F in there. The treadmill had an annoying habit of ending walking session every other minute - this would have been dangerous had I been jogging. I alerted the front desk twice, but the machine wasn't fixed. Coffee cups didn't fit with the lids provided.

I had extended my stay NOT because the motel was good (it wasn't) but because the schedules of my daughter and son in law were such that they wanted me to stay and visit an additional day. Believe me, if their VRBO had an extra bedroom, I would not have rented accommodation here.

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was near stores and main roads. They did accommodate my emergency and accepted early check out.

Cons:

There were very strange sketchy people at this hotel. We saw a prostitute coming out of the property looking a wreck, the entire hotel wreaked of marijuana, and the rooms were dirty, sheets, pillow cases, towels, the table tops, you name it.

I am writing to share my positive experience during my recent stay at your hotel.
The staff were very outgoing and friendly throughout our visit. In particular, I would like to commend the lady at the reception who helped us right away. When we discovered the lock on our door wasn't working, she immediately assisted us in changing our room, which we greatly appreciated.

Cons:

While the staff were very friendly, I unfortunately had several significant issues with the room. The counter where the TV was located was full of ants, there was no air circulation in the room, and the smell was horrible. Additionally, my husband and I both woke up with a terrible cough. We also noticed hair on the toilet seat, presumably from the previous guest.
Due to these cleanliness and comfort concerns, I will not be returning to this property. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention so they can be addressed for future guests
