Pros:

I liked the moderate proximity to the beach, comfortable bed, and very friendly staff. I slept with earplugs in my ears to tell myself the roaches wouldn't get into my ear canal.

Cons:

There were live roaches beneath my rusted mini fridge, there was mildew/mold around the window, I killed a millipede in the bathroom within 5 minutes of arriving, and there was a severely sticky spot in the carpet that kept adhering to my feet as I tried to walk to the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable beds, and breakfast was delicious
The gentleman working the breakfast area was very nice and kept the area clean. Front desk was very nice and accommodating

Cons:

The side door was broken so it was unlocked during the day.. the accessible rooms are quite tight for wheelchair with all the furniture

Peaceful sleep
Pros:

The beds were comfy, the room was quiet, plenty of parking available. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The a/c unit leaked water on the floor causing carpet to be very soggy by the window. The toilet was slow to flush at first, the side door to the parking area was out of service.
