Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit einem nassen Boden bekommen. Wir wissen nicht, ob das von der Klimaanlage oder von der Terrasse kam.
Außerdem lag im Zimmer eine Bibel auf dem Tisch. Für Gäste anderer Glaubensrichtungen ist das aus unserer Sicht nicht unbedingt passend.
Cordial front desk. Surprisingly large and super clean room. Bed very comfortable. Beddings too. Bathroom clinically spotless.
Air conditioning a bit loud. One of the hand towels had a brown spot that we had replaced. Face cloth on the thin side. USB charging port not working. Had to use personal USB charging block to charge phone and IPad.
The shower was leaking a lot from the bottom so it didn’t have enough pressure on top

This was one of the best accommodations we've had the pleasure to staying at. Very nice room clean comfortable and a very well kept facility. The staff was helpful courteous and kind. Heather and Linda treated us well.
Not much not to like
My room was downgraded from what I had booked. When I raised the issue, the only option offered in the middle of the night was to cancel my reservation, which was not a practical solution.
The replacement room overlooked someone's backyard, where construction or maintenance work started early every morning, making the stay far from relaxing.
Perhaps the most frustrating part was that there was never a manager available to address the issue. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I was repeatedly told there was no manager on site, and nothing was resolved. There was also no adjustment to the charges despite the downgrade and poor experience.
A request to the hotel: if you don't have a manager available to resolve problems, at the very least don't change guests' room assignments without providing the room they reserved or an equivalent alternative.
This was the kind of experience that makes you feel like you deserve a full refund. Choose at your own risk.

Room was comfortable, but unfortunately we got a room that air conditioner didn't work properly. Good they switched me to another room soon. Overall room was ok.
Air conditioning was not working well. They changed our room but I found food in mini fridge from previous room, the next room that we got the fridge was disconnected or not working.
