Cons:

Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner et le restaurant est cher et peu de choix
Détecteurs de lumière que l’on ne peut pas désactiver notamment la nuit quand on se lève c’est pas terrible ça réveille toute la chambre

Good base for channel island visitors lacking a car
Pros:

Very convenient if using the Santa Barbara airbus. Enough food and supplies within walking distance for an outing to the Channel Islands. They also let me leave my luggage for the duration of my visit to the Channel Islands

Pros:

The staff at check-in were amazing and very helpful and fast.

Cons:

The AC in the first room didn’t work even after they had put the new on in so changed room and the coffee maker did not work and the staff that came up to look at and I talked to us as if we couldn’t read the instructions on the maker. The staff at check-out was rude. The cleaning ladies had the elevator smelling like bleach to the point I was coughing and I let the front desk know and the staff did nothing.
