Comfortable and handy location
Pros:

Front staff were welcoming and very friendly. Great location, comfy bed, lots of hot water and close to M&S store for snacks! Good TV too.

Cons:

No phone plugs beside bed for an alarm. Iron burn on carpet and bleak exterior.

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

Possibly the most scruffy hotel I have stayed in since the last time I was there 15 years ago when it was the Pond Hotel. I cannot believe that Leonardo consider this hotel to be up to the standard of the brand. To pay £130 for a nights stay was quite frankly ridiculous.

No one available to do anything about it despite multiple phone calls

I had a roof over my head
Pros:

It’s like faulty towers and I’d advise people not to stay there

Cons:

Showers didn’t work. Room key didn’t work. Wine was off. The staff knew about all the issues and were used to complaints.

Nur-zur-Not-Übernachtungsgelegenheit in Glasgow
Cons:

Abgewohntes Hotel ohne jeden Flair. Dafür viel zu teuer. Personal mäßig bemüht, ohne Herzlichkeit. Einziger Lichtblick ist das gute Frühstückbuffet.

Average and a little expensive
Pros:

Location for Glasgow's westend was good. Large carpark.

Cons:

The was an issue with the hot water system which randomly produced scalding water without warning, either when showering or washing your hands. This matter was raised with hotel staff, so hopefully it'll be addressed soon.

The hotel could do with a freshen up as some of the public areas were tired looking; worn paint, marks on the carpets etc.
