Pros:

On the face of it the hotel facilities appeared okay. The rooms themselves were actually not too bad.
The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful and they go above and beyond to make your stay that bit better.

Cons:

The hallways on each floor smelled disgusting. The carpets haven't been cleaned for a long time.
There are marks on the walls. The main stairwell has a really pungent smell of mould too

Bedroom tired. Possibly the worst breakfast I’ve had in a long time-fried eggs and scrambled eggs had obviously been sitting for a long time-no attempt to replace them-not a great choice

Pros:

The staff at the reception and bar are excellent and exceptional with their service. The hotel is comfortable and its location is great.

I did use them again, largely due to their hospitality.

Cons:

A bit dated with the upkeep and creaky floor boards. But all that's soon forgotten with the exceptional service the hotel staff provide.
