Now my invariable choice.
Pros:

I am from Glasgow and until recently had a place to stay on my visits, but now rely on the west end hotels. I use Leonardo because the location is excellent and they provide exactly what they offer at a reasonable cost.

Cons:

Great location, lots of noise
Pros:

Clean rooms, comfy beds and well located. Most members of staff were very helpful and polite

Cons:

Cleaners making untold amounts of noise from 07:00, lots of crashing and banging without thought for hotel guests. Night manager particularly rude when asking if the bar was open.

For a leanardo hotel. Not the very good
Pros:

Not a lot

Cons:

Hotel is very outdated and needs major repairs and renovation. Bathroom need major repairs the bed was 2 single mattress stuck together. The breakfast was very poor. New potatoes in for a breakfast. Coffee was not good. Staff were very friendly about the only thing that was very good

Pros:

Room was clean and refreshing, staff we dealt with Scott and George were amazing , the tall guy with beard who check is in was polite and respectful. Reception area was lovely smelt of lemon so refreshing, breakfast there was plenty to choose from, and menu was plenty of options.
Staff very helpful with directions and places to go ( Asian lady sorry didn't get her name.
We had late checkout which was helpful too.

Cons:

Weekend staff were very absent Scott when he was working was filling in for them, our room wasn't refreshed when we requested using the door hanger ended up doing it ourselves

Decent hotel, staff were exceptional, good value for money for a night in the West End to save taxi costs.
Pros:

Good location for the west end.

Cons:

Very loud with other guests banging doors in the early hours of the morning and poorly lit for getting ready. (2 of the lights on the wall didn’t work)

Pros:

Room was clean and had complimentary soaps etc. I forgot my toofypeg brush and was quickly given a new one by staff... very thankful for that.

Cons:

Smoking facilities. Sorry but I am a smoker and fed up of being shoved out in the rain just to have a cigarette.
Somewhere under cover with a seat would make all the difference for myself and thousands of others who do smoke. :)..
