Gute Lage, aber nicht 4-Sterne-Standard
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gut und ruhig. Positiv ist der geschützte Parkplatz im Innenhof für CHF 25.– pro Tag. Da nur wenige Parkplätze vorhanden sind, unbedingt im Voraus reservieren.

Cons:

Leider sind Zimmer und Badezimmer deutlich abgenutzt, zudem war Schimmel an der Dusche sichtbar. Am Abend sowie am Morgen gab es nur kaltes oder lauwarmes Wasser und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
Irritierend war auch die Abgabe des Autoschlüssels ohne vorherige Erklärung. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies der Standard sei, damit das Auto bei Bedarf umparkiert werden kann.
Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir einen höheren Standard erwartet.

Cons:

Upon arrival no water for showers, told can provide water from bottle, the pressure will be back on 1 hour. In the morning still no pressure, the hot water took 20 minutes to get warm, pressure very low.

Pros:

Great location for the train station which was a short walk and just off the main street so you enter from there own little court yard. Staff were helpful and the triple room we stayed in was clean with a fantastic bathroom. We were only there a night as thus was concluding our rout of Italy before we flew home.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn't seem to be affective we had it on full but for the night know hardship.

Peccato penalizzare un hotel carino con servizi pessimi
Pros:

Collocazione comoda e struttura accogliente

Cons:

Camere con condizionatori non funzionanti e rumorosissimi. Bagno con sanitari adeguati per dei bambini e bidet attaccato al vetro della doccia, in altre parole inutilizzabile

Great hotel
Pros:

3rd time here ideal base to explore. 10 minute stroll from station to hotel exit station on the left . Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Can’t say what the breakfast is like as we like to eat out . A restaurant next door ice cream parlour and pizza shop (would recommend) very close .
