Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa recepcji, bardzo ładne pokoje

Cons:

Czas wymeldowania jest do 12, a Panie chodzą i przed 9 pukają do drzwi, kilkukrotnie, co jakiś czas

Pros:

Att receptionen är bemannad 24h, frukost, närhet till metro och butik.

Cons:

Fläckar, små skador över större delen i rummet och överlag överallt. Insekter i rummet, nedsjunken sänk, fläkten och inte bara AC stängdes av under natten, matrester och öl kvar från tidigare gäster, frukosten är långt ifrån hotell med 4 stjärnor. Hotellet är mer lik en budget hotell men att Booking.com tar jävligt mycket pengar för. Vad än du har att säga om ändring, hotell personal hänvisar till Booking.com som är jävligt svåra att nå. Avbokning kostar mer än övernattningskostnaden. Jag skulle inte rekommendera hotellet för det priset och avråder folk att boka via Booking.com

Alles etwas alt und renovierungsbedürftig (Flecken auf dem Teppich, Gardinen hatten Löcher). Also Schönheitsmakel

Bon emplacement pour aller au lollapaloza et personnel accueillant. Metro juste à côté de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Très démodé, ça ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles et le prix qu’on paie pour une nuit. La moquette est sale et très vieille, comme la chambre et la salle de bain qui nécessitent d’être rafraîchies.

War alles super dort, Klasse, Personal war mega freundlich

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Frühstück war klasse, war sogar ein Pool und Biergarten dabei.

Die Lage zur U Bahn war perfekt. Rewe, Edeka ganz nah. Bad modern und begehbare Dusche

Cons:

Ich hätte sehr gern Sonntags Frühstück im Zimmer gehabt. Hatte alles ausgefüllt was geht und die Karte wie beschrieben außen an die Tür gehangen. Schon einen Tag vorher statt erst nachts bis 2 Uhr. Statt Frühstück hab ich dann um 9 Uhr 30 die Karte wieder rein geholt. Da war ich schon sehr enttäuscht. Dann einfach gar nicht erst anbieten.
