Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wieder in einem der Mercure Hotels buchen.
Pros:

Frühstück war super, sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.
Zimmer sehr schön , groß und sauber, Betten sehr bequem.
Lage Top zur Bahn nicht weit.

Cons:

Es ist zwar eine kleine Kommode im Zimmer, da sind aber noch zusätzliche Bettdecken drin, wenn man ein paar Tage länger bleiben möchte wäre ein Kleiderschrank nicht schlecht, oder zumindest die kommode leer, denn aus dem Koffer leben ist nicht so unseres.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem sehr hübschen Hotel mit super Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, jederzeit bemüht unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Auf die Frage nach der besten Verbindung ins Zentrum Köln wurde sofort eine entsprechende Stadtkarte ausgehändigt und die wesentlichen Punkte markiert.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Buffet hat alles hergegeben, was das Herz begehrt. Die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal war gemütlich und komfortabel.
Das Hotel befindet sich im Industriegebiet mit guter Straßenbahn-Verbindung. Vom Industriegebiet bekommt man nicht viel mit, das Hotel ist von einer Mauer umgeben und es sind sehr viele Bäume um und auf dem Gelände.
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und hübsch eingerichtet.
Ein kleiner Fitness-Raum, Schwimmbad und Sauna waren vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Bett war 1,60m breit, für uns hätte es etwas größer sein können. Gefehlt hat uns ein verschließbarer Kleiderschrank, die Ablageflächen für Kleidung und Kleiderbügel waren zwar vorhanden, aber alles offen.

Für einen Kurzurlaub okay.
Pros:

Besonders freundlich war das Personal. Das Frühstück lässt an nichts fehlen. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Familienzimmer war etwas klein.
Ebenso das Bad.
