Erg rumoerige kamer, veel overlast van verkeer snachts met raam open. Met raam dicht was het te warm. Er hing ook een vreemd luchtje in de kamer.

Das unkomplizierte Check in

Cons:

Vor dem Haupteingang waren die Abfalleimer komplett überfüllt und es lag sehr viel Unrat vor dem Haupteingang herum....
Dies war nicht einladend!!!!

Being an hotel chain the expectations were not met.
Cons:

We were supposed to have 2 Superior rooms with king sized beds, they assigned us different rooms with queen beds one of which had a toilet flush issue (that was partly solved, still noisy though) and no coffee machine (as advertized). After complaining at the reception and through booking messaging system, they didn't answer us for 2 days and finally after insisting for the 4th time, they provided us with a little refund. Being an hotel chain the expectations were definitely not met. Carpet with random stains in the hallway and inside the room. No refill of napkins.

Pros:

Hotel war soweit ok, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Absprachen zum check in wurden seitens des Hotels nicht eingehalten, wir bekamen dann auch noch ein Zimmer mit sehr schmalen Bett, wahrscheinlich ist das eher ein Einzelzimmer gewesen

Das früher war lecker…
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Schlüsselkarte spinnte rum….
Eine Zimmer Tür schließte nicht mehr konnte Man so mit kräftigen Druck wieder öffnen… Zimmer musste gewechselt werden… der Teppich im neuen Zimmer voller Flecken und Kaugummi….

Zimmer Service hat alles soweit sauber gemacht aber wenn Flecken auf der Bettwäsche waren oder so wurde dies nicht ausgewechselt….
