Het ontbijtbuffet is heel goed.

Cons:

De klimaatbeheersing was kapot terwijl het buiten 38 graden was. Er was wel een ventilator op de kamer gezet maar dit had nauwelijks effect.

Pros:

Bij aankomst bleek in het gehele hotel de airconditioning niet te werken. Het was buiten nog over de 30 graden. We hebben hierdoor niet in dit hotel geslapen.
Ze hebben heel netjes het geld teruggestort.
De stafmedewerker was begripvol.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht in Funktion, ein Hinweis im Vorfeld wäre das mindeste gewesen bei nahezu 40 Grad Temperatur.
Auf Nachfrage gab es eine Getränkegutschein, was wohl in keinem Verhältnis steht zu der nicht erbrachten Leistung. Ich hätte das Hotel nicht gebucht wenn es keine Klimaanlage gehabt hätte. Nun werde ich keine Mercure Hotels buchen!
Bei mehr als 100 Hotelübernachtungen im Jahr war ich sehr oft in Ihren Häusern zu Gast.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Kurztrip mit tollem unkomplizierten Service
Pros:

Aufgrund eines Fehlers war die Buchung auf einen Erwachsenen ausgestellt, anstatt auf einen Erwachsenen mit Kind. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade und daher zunächst aufgrund des recht großen Zimmers nicht bemerkt, dass es sich um ein Einzelzimmer handelte. Wir kamen erst spät am Abend an und haben nach dem Essen festgestellt, dass wir nur eine Decke, ein Kopfkissen und je ein Handtuch hatten. Auf Nachfrage wurden mir unkompliziert weiteres Bettzeug und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt und wir haben das absolut ausreichend große Einzelzimmer mit QueenSize Bett zu zweit genutzt, ohne dass wir einen Aufpreis bezahlen mussten. Das nenne ich tollen Service!

Für eine Nacht war es okay.

Essen an der Bar.

Cons:

Unfreundliche Rezeption. Man fühlte sich leider NICHT willkommen. Kein Lächeln, kein Wunsch "ein schöner Aufenthalt", nichts dergleichen. So etwas habe ich bisher ganz selten erlebt. Das Hotel war in Teilen wirklich "abgewohnt" und bedarf einer Renovierung.
