Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο
Pros:

Πάρα πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό.
Πολύ καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές.
Πολύ μεγάλο δωμάτιο με υπέροχα κρεβάτια κ πολύ καθαρό κ προσεγμένο.
Ωραίοι χώροι με σωστή διαρρύθμιση για τις βαλίτσες κ τα ρούχα μας. Ωραία θέα από το δωμάτιο ακόμη κ του ισογείου.
Ωραίες παροχές με complimentary καφέ κ μπουκαλάκια νερού.
Υπέροχη τοποθεσία κοντά σε πάρκο, ιδανικό για οικογένειες.. Επίσης πολύ κοντά το τραμ για το κέντρο του Mannheim.
Τα δωμάτια με παροχές πρωινού είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή.

Reinigungskraft schmeißt alle Gäste aus dem Bett

Der Empfang war mehr als in Ordnung und die Candy Bar im Eingangsbereich hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer ist großzügig und die Matratze war bequem

Wir haben am Wochenende übernachtet als die Zeitumstellung war. Ein absolutes No-Go, dass die Reinigungskraft bereits ab 9:30 Uhr versucht alle Gäste im sechsten Stock zu wecken. Sie hat nicht nur einmal geklopft. Beim ersten mal hat sie geklopft und das Zimmer betreten. Ich bin sehr erschrocken. Es ist aber leider noch ein weiteres Mal passiert und das hat sie bei allen Gästen gemacht. Ein absolutes No-Go und deswegen kommen wir hier nie wieder hin.

In gute Standort nicht weit von Stadt

Cons:

Das Zimmer war kalt, und die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Das Rezeptionist brachte ein anderen, aber das funktionierte ebenfalls nicht.

Das Hotel ist gut, das aktuelle Drumherum recht chaotisch.
Cons:

Zusätzlich zu der Vielzahl von Informationen wäre ein Hinweis auf die Baustelle (Strassensperrung) oder ein Anfahrtsplan wünschenswert gewesen.
