Pros:

Sehr gutes rundum Paket zum bezahlbaren Preis für einen Kongress.

Cons:

Die Außenfassade könnte mal eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Das Hotel sieht von außen wirklich nicht ansprechend aus. Der Außenbereich ist schön.
Aber das Restaurant hatte Herausforderungen mit der Beschaffung von Lebensmitteln. Das darf zu einer Kongresszeit nicht passieren. Trotzdem hat das Team alles gegeben um mir was schönes zu zaubern. Das fand ich wiederum sehr lobenswert.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer wurden ohne Aufforderung täglich gereinigt. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Lage zur Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Preis für das Frühstücks Büfett sehr hoch. Kleines Frühstück leider nicht verfügbar.

Havde bestilt et værelse med udsigt til have og med aircondition. Fik et værelse på 1.sal ud til trafikeret vej.
Fuld sol på og ingen A/C.
Fik dog refunderet en del af beløbet ved afrejse.

Leider sehr wenig. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat nichts besonderes zu bieten. Ganz OK ist die Terrasse im Innenhof - das wars.

Cons:

Niemand war erreichbar am Telefon. Uns wurde ein belegtes Zimmer zugewiesen, die anderen Gäste waren bei unserem Eintritt nicht wirklich amused.

So ok aber nicht wie ich es für ein Hotel dieser Kette gewohnt bin.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit hat mir gefallen. Der (kostenpflichtige) Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel verfügbar. (Nacht: 15 Euro.) Minibar nur noch via Automat im EG. Ist aber leider auch schon die Standart Methode und hat somit mit den Hotel nichts zu tun. Die Aussicht war klasse. Zimmerfenster konnten komplett geöffnet werden.
Was mir echt gefallen hat war die Beleuchtung im Zimmer, hell und freundlich. Auch das W-LAN war super.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage wird gerade erneuert. (Kann ich bestätigen.) Angeblich ist ein Ventilator auf dem Zimmer, war aber nicht. Eine Entschädigung oder Aufmerksamkeit wurde nicht angeboten. Ergänzend war ein Spender bereits von der Wand gefallen und nur noch so ins Bad gestellt worden. Ferner musste ich auch leider läge warten um an der Rezeption bedient zu werden. Ferner wurde mir für das Parkticket auch kein Beleg angeboten. (Hätte aber auch nachfragen können- somit mein Fehler?). Beim Checkout auch niemand an der Rezeption somit nur "FastCheckout" möglich.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen unkomplizierten Check-In mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und hatte alles was wir benötigten. Für unsere Belange war die Lage super mit kostenlosen Parkplatz an der Zufahrt.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig frisch und sehr lecker.
