Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal und guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und die Verkehrsanbindung war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die türkische Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat sich ausserordentlich engagiert und uns bei allen Fragen freundlich und kompetent unterstützt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts war die Klimaanlage aufgrund von Renovierungs- bzw. Erneuerungsarbeiten ausser Betrieb. Das war natürlich etwas enttäuschend. Das Hotel hat jedoch sehr professionell reagiert und uns als Ausgleich einen kostenlosen Parkplatz sowie kostenlose Getränke an der Bar angeboten. Diese Geste haben wir sehr geschätzt. Glücklicherweise war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts eher kühl und regnerisch, sodass das Fehlen der Klimaanlage für uns letztlich kein grosses Problem darstellte.

Ohne Klimaanlage und bei fast 30 grad außen Temperatur war die Nacht nicht gut Ventilator ist gelaufen der war laut und wegen Fenster offen lassen war der aussenlärm auch laut

La climatisation était en cours de remplacement, en pleine période de forte chaleur !!!
Il aurait été correct de prévenir les clients à l’avance et ainsi permettre de rechercher une alternative avec climatisation.

Air conditioning was not working. This was known in advance of arrival and we were not informed about it and they did not have a contingency in place to supply fans to all rooms

Du bon et du très mauvais.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le parking gratuit très proche.

Cons:

Pas d'air conditionné et pas de frigo dans la chambre. Avec la canicule c'était horrible. Jamais d'entretien de la chambre.

Cons:

Snorkigt bemötande. Receptionisten knappade på sin dator, efter ett par minuter sade hon ”moment bitte”. Ingen hälsningsfras i övrigt. Guten Abend heter det på tyska. ACn fungerade inte, hon frågar ”vill ni ändå ha rummet”. Vad hade vi för val lö 19 på kvällen med två katter? Vi frågade om restauranger i närheten. Hon gör en svepande gest med armen och säger ”ta till höger och sedan finns det restauranger ”. Ingen fråga om vilken restaurang vi sökte, inga rekommendationer och ingen hjälp med ev reservation eller markering på karta. Slött, likgiltigt och oengagerat.
Rummet var olidligt hett. Pga katterna kunde vi inte öppna fönstret helt. Risken att dom skulle ramla ner var för stor. Vi bokade hotellet med löftet om AC. Men vi blev lurade. Givetvis avkrävdes vi full betalning trots att boendet inte höll vad som utlovats. I övrigt var hotellet ok.

Das Personal an der Rezeption und auch beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich. Frühstücksangebot absolut ok. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.
Gute Lage, der Luisenpark liegt gleich daneben und auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Viele kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde in dem Zimmern die Klimaanlage erneuert und konnte somit nicht genutzt werden. Bei 30 Grad sehr ärgerlich.
Man musste nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, was natürlich an einer, auch nachts, gut befahrenen Straße zu keinem erholsamen Schlaf geführt hat.
Darüber hätte das Hotel im Vorfeld informieren müssen. Dann hätte man die Möglichkeit gehabt, sich nach einer anderen Unterkunft umzusehen.

Nice hotel very conveniently situated, very good staff, obliging an courteous.
Pros:

Staff were efficient, courteous and welcoming. The hotel breakfast was good and staff were attentive and always ready to help.

Cons:

There was no tea making facility in the room additionally, it was necessary to scan a QR code to get the room cleaned. Fruit juice offered at breakfast did not include orange, other juices appear to have been diluted.

It would have been perfect if the Air Conditioning hadn't been out of service.
Pros:

Good location and easy parking spots around the hotel. Quiet and with a friendly staff.

Cons:

By an unfortunate coincidence, the air conditioning was under maintenance during my stay. I spent 2 days in the height of summer, in July (average of 30 degrees Celsius), without air conditioning. They offered me a fan instead. By the way, the refrigerator wasn't cooling either.
