Hôtel bien placé à la déco générale soignée mais dont les chambres mériteraient une revisite

la qualité du personnel, très avenant et professionnel.
le confort et les dimensions du lit double.
emplacement idéal pour aller en centre ville à pieds et pouvoir sortir de la ville sans trop avoir de circulation

Cons:

le bruit de la chambre juxtaposée ( bruit de la douche, des personnes se servant de la salle de bain)
les bruits des personnes circulant dans le couloir.
A revoir l'isolation phonique entre les pièces !!!

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf!
Pros:

Voor ons was het heel positief dat onze - toch wel grote - hond ook welkom was.
Mijn man had ook zijn fiets bij en die mocht mee op de kamer (uit veiligheidsoverwegingen was het niet mogelijk om deze op de fietsendrager te laten staan).
Zeer vlotte check-in met heel vriendelijk personeel. Ook aan de bar, in het restaurant en bij het ontbijt was er alleen maar heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.
's Avonds heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en 's ochtends een heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.
Voor ons de ideale tussenstop op doorreis naar onze vakantiebestemming.
Het hotel is heel goed gelegen, zowel voor een wandeling met hond langs de Loire, als om het centrum te bereiken.

Cons:

Het enige 'minpunt' was voor ons dat er op de kamer tapijt lag i.p.v. tegels. Dit is misschien iets minder aangewezen als je met een hond op de kamer verblijft...

Absolut kein 4-Stern-Niveau.
Pros:

Frühstück und Lage top.

Cons:

Zimmer sind arg in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Schäden an Türen und Wänden uns sehr schmutzige Fenster.
Im Badezimmer absolut keine Steckdosen. Auch bei den Betten keine Lademöglichkeiten.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Zimmer, dass wir durch Zuzahlung erhalten haben. Das 1. Zimmer, das wir lt Rezeption nach Buchung über Booking erhielten war uralt und absolut herunter gekommen. Erst nachdem wir uns bescherten haben wir durch Zuzahlung ein renoviertes Zimmer erhalten. Booking hat trotz mehrfacher Anfrage bis heute nicht auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert.
Wenn wir bei Buchung über booking nur die schlechtesten Zimmer bekommen, werden wir es nicht mehr nutzen
