The location was very good and the hotel is beautiful
The staff was terrible. There were a few nice people, specially the staff in the kitchen/breakfast, but almost everyone else was terrible, rude, clueless. When we arrived the first time, 3 people were in the front desk and out of the 3 no one could make sense of our reservation, I had to explain many times and still they would not get it because they make a point to not listen. I experienced this not wanting to listen many times in this hotel. Then, when we were leaving, we needed a car accessible for a person on a wheelchair, i said, just a regular small car. The guy asked for a van because he heard "wheelchair" and in his mind, what we needed was a big car to fit the wheelchair. Completely unnecessary since it is small. My mother in law had a really bad time trying to get into that car when we were in a hurry. I let him know of his mistake and he was very rude saying I didn't explain and didn't even offer an apology. I had explained but he didn't want to listen. Then we left our coats by mistake and when we came back we had to chase the lady in the lobby for her to give them back, she never tried to reach out to us to tell us if they had found it or anything, instead we had to go there 4 different times to ask her and she always made a face as if we were disturbing her too much. I guess doing the bare minimum in her job is a nuisance. They have 5 stars on the logo and stuff but this is way lower than that. It says in booking 4 star hotel but I guess they are in the very low end. All thanks to the staff that seems to be trained to make people not want to come back.

Good location, good value and friendly staff. As I had to check out before the breakfast time, they kindly gave me a breakfast box to take to the airport

The rooms - Tey gave a junior suite to my brother on the 5th floor - the ceiling was very low - two beds i/o one bed. In both rooms: No tissue, no water. Shampoo was remove without replacement. Housekeepings are not friendly ar all. The food of the restaurant of the hotel was really very very bad.

Keine freien Steckdosen im Zimmer, da sämtliche Steckdosen (außer im Bad) durch die Tischleuchten, die Kaffemaschine oder die Mini-Bar belegt waren. Um Strom für die heute obligatorischen Ladegeräte für Handys, Pads, Computer etc. zu bekommen, müssen die Lampen vom Strom getrennt werden. Tipp für alle Besucher: Eigene Mehrfachsteckdose mitbringen!
