Pros:

Hotel bien placé à 1km du centre de Milan. Personnel agréable, bon petit déjeuner.
L ambiance du salon au niveau de la réception est très bien. Les spritz sont très bien.

Cons:

Petite surprise avec la facture du départ, garage 35€ par jour non indiqué sur le site internet. La taxe de séjour n est pas incluse ds le prix de réservation comme tout hôtel en Italie.

Hotel très bien situé mais chambre catastrophique
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner et service de voiturier.

Cons:

Chambre vétuste sous les combles avec uniquement des veluxes, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, beaucoup de poussière et toiles d’araignée (avec quelques araignées en prime), de la vaisselle sale pour le café avec des touillettes déjà utilisées et un frigo qui fuit…

Pessimo …… da dimenticare
Pros:

Pessimo Hotel, la mattina appena svegli e’ mancata l acqua per oltre un ora , erano le 9 del mattino .
Chiedendo alla reception che ne avevamo bisogno , ci veniva chiesto pazienza .
Al ceck-out nessuna scusa o spiegazione, anzi mettendo in dubbio che l acqua ancora fosse pochissima come da foto .
Se prendevo la Locanda del Gucciere avrei avuto più assistenza , peccato che avevo prenotato un 5 stelle ( Rubate )
