Albergo moderno, molto pulito e ben organizzato, è veramente a due passi sia dal ponte che dal Palazzo dei Papi, in più ha un ingresso diretto al parcheggio coperto del Palazzo dei Papi che è una cosa molto rara per essere in centro a Avignone. Alla reception c'era anche un ragazzo che parlava un misto di italiano/spagnolo, molto simpatico e accogliente

Forse la colazione potrebbe essere un pò migliorata, la sala era molto rumorosa

Habitación amplia con cama cómoda. Personal amable.
Mini gimnasio.
Muy cerca del puente de Aviñón y de palacio de los Papas. (Al lado). También próximo a lugares para comer.
Hay otro hotel Mercure cercano: no confundirse.

Cons:

Escaleras para acceder al hotel o al parking cercano.
Las toallas de ducha mejorables.
El armario no es de 4 estrellas (ver foto)

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the Palace, with lovely small boutique shops in the road leading there. Nice big clean room with a comfortable bed.
Very good parking arrangements with drop off spots near the entrance, but with some steps.

Pros:

フロント階の階段降りると公共の地下駐車場に繋がってること。教皇庁・アビニョン橋の至近。
駐車の仕方:入り口は1箇所。入って正面15メートル右手にメルキュールホテル専用の一時降車スペースがあり（車3台分ほど）、先ずそこに停車し荷物を降ろし、階段昇っていくとホテルフロント階になってるので、チェックイン手続きだけ済ませ、車に戻りレーンを進み空いているスペースに駐車する。その際、できるだけ地上に近い階に停めること。そうしないと出口（ホテル入口）までたくさん階段を登ることになります。
ただ実際は慣れない海外だし、混んでるし、後からあおられるし…うまくいかないと思います。わたしたちも、よくわからないままかなり下の階に停めてしまい、延々とスーツケース持って階段上がりました。（降車スペースにはまったく気付かなかった）ちなみに駐車場にエレベーターはありませんでした。宿泊者割引あり。たしか2割引。

Ubicación perfecta y agua fresca muy de agradecer
Pros:

Lo mejor con diferencia es la ubicación con acceso directo desde el parking Palais des Papes.
Cuando llegas al hotel y muestras el tiquet de parking, te lo pasan por una máquina que aplica un 20% de descuento sobre el precio del parking. La puerta de salida está a pocos metros del puete Saint Benezet y también muy cerca del palais de Papes y la Place de l'Horloge, que son el centro del casco antiguo de la ciudad.
Me gustó que en todos los pisos hay una máquina que suministra agua las 24 h del dia y se puede elegir entre fresca, temperatura natural o caliente. También entre agua sin gas, con poco gas o bastante gas. Hemos estado a finales de julio con muchísimo calor y el agua fresca nos ha venido de maravilla.

Cons:

Me gustó casi todo. Tal vez que hay muchos salones pero no hay (o no hemos visto) un bar donde tomar algo entre horas, distinto del comedor o comedores.
