Upon arriving at the hotel half hour before check in time, we were told to register our car and wait as rooms were not ready yet as check in starts from 3 pm.
So we waited at the lounge area. At 3 we tried to check in and again were rudely told by the staff at reception that the rooms were not ready yet. By now there were several people all waiting to check in!!!
We finally got to check in at around 4pm!!.
There was no reason given for the delay or even an apology.
We checked in and went to spa area only to find out that the jacuzzi and the steam room was not working. Only the sauna and and access to pool was available. This was very disappointing for us as, we had come all the way for a Spa break.
The next morning, it was disappointing too. The food was cold!!!. Beans, hash browns and scrambled eggs.
The bread was not replaced for a while. I believe they were short of staff.
The entire stay was a complete disappointment and definitely would not be returning here..
Its location and facilities. Great value for what’s on offer . Clean and comfortable rooms

Road noise, weak lighting in room and bulb missing in side light. No bubbles in jacuzzi, steam room not working.
Property itself is good, clean and tidy. Staff were very good from the reception gentleman as our room wasn't ready, to the young bar staff. Very amenable.
I didn't sleep hardly, kids shouting till the early hours and dogs barking. There was no coffee in the room.
Enjoyed my stay however the pool was closed all week which was disappointing.
My room was not serviced when I had left the sign to service.
Comfortable room. dog friendly.
Food expensive, no atmosphere.
