There was only 2x staff responsible for top up breakfasts items and there was a long, bored queue waiting for breakfast.
The rooms been booked online but amended via phone was total complications and spend more than half an hour to sort the rooms ( for 12 adult & 4 kids )
Jacuzzi was not working at all, and pool was very small ( booked Ashbourne branch multiple times and had amazing experience)
Shower was not good quality Shower head so water amount was not enough
Air con wasn't working, room was stuffy so we didn't stay and wasted our money.
The hotel was in a great location and very easy to get to.
Our room smelt of cigarette smoke as soon as you entered. Both the sink and the toilet in the room didn’t drain properly. The wardrobe had definitely seen better days and quite a lot of the finishes around the room (I.e. door frames) were damaged.
At breakfast we chose to use the toilet next to the bar, however one toilet was so dirty it was unusable and unfortunately it remained this way until we had finished breakfast at least an hour later.
Liked the swimming pool and the lovely big bar lounge area .The breakfasts were lovely .Nice staff
Think the bedrooms need a bit of re decorating and a little bit of damp dusting .

No water pressure in the shower was not able to use the shower, not available to change rooms. Was a business trip aswell

Charged extortionate rate for bottled beer.
No brown bread at breakfast ( 6.50am) on last morning.

Great location on the Chievely junction of the M4. Ideal stop off on a long journey. Staff were excellent, polite and helpful. Good breakfast selection.
Accommodation was tired and in need of an update and redecorating. Bed (Queen)wasn’t particularly comfortable compared with other competitors. No local information pack in the room. No hotel information in room (had to ask reception for breakfast times). Previous damage/losses in bathroom filled in with different coloured sealant.
