Check was good overall all ok
everything was clean and very well presented, food was lovely, Robert on the bar that man needs a raise never met someone who works so hard coming from a hospitality background as a deputy manager he works his socks off and can't do enough for the guest really genuinely nice guy and hard worker!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, made for an enjoyable overnight stay.Hotel is very clean. Good sized room with comfy bed, plus settee and coffee table
Good lighting options meantvnice ambiance. Appreciated the, blackout curtains. Plenty of parking. Requested a quiet room and it was lovely and quiet.

The AC is not the strongest but there was a fan in the room. The bed is quite firm

The hotel was great, however the restaurant badly let it down. There was a 40 minute wait for our starters which never arrived and our main meal was brought to the table, the waitress was very apologetic but it wasn't her fault.
Breakfast good, however there was limited food available so we had to ask for items which in fairness were provided after a short wait.
Convenient location for travel links. Spacious room and good breakfast. Staff were very helpful.
