My overalls day was wonderful. I was very well treated
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, and very clean the staff was super friendly

Cons:

I didn't l appreciate I got charged for a breakfast voucher through booking.com but then when I went to go to breakfast they told me that I didn't have one. This was very disappointing I was also unaware that because my mother was having a medical procedure done and her being a senior I could have gotten the discount but I was told this after the fact it was not made known to me at the time of my booking.

It was a good experience overall. Our kids, 3-8 yo, really enjoyed their stay.
Pros:

Everything you needed was onsite including a decent restaurant.

Cons:

The public washroom/changeroom in the pool area was not clean.
