Excellent séjour : chambre propre, belle piscine et restaurant exceptionnel.
Pros:

Ma sœur et moi avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à cet hôtel. La chambre était très propre et bien équipée avec un petit réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes et une machine à café. Le stationnement gratuit est également un bel avantage. L'espace de la piscine était magnifique, avec de petites chutes d'eau, beaucoup de plantes et de fleurs, créant une ambiance très agréable. La piscine est grande et légèrement chauffée, ce qui la rend très confortable. Il y avait aussi un beau hot tub dont nous avons bien profité. Enfin, le restaurant affilié à l'hôtel était excellent. Les repas étaient exceptionnels et le service était tout aussi remarquable. Excellent choix de plats sans gluten pour les personnes cœliaques. Ma sœur y a mangé plusieurs fois sans aucun problème, ce qui témoigne du sérieux apporté à la préparation des repas. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Pros:

Beautiful pool area. Wild bunnies EVERYWHERE!!

Cons:

The waterside is only open on weekends yet most families are staying because of the children's hospital during the week. The arcade is a sauna. We couldn't handle being in there longer than a game or 2. Our room was so humid off the atrium. Thankful I travel with my woozo fan (best fan around) because our family would not have been able to sleep otherwise.

Lovely getaway for a few days with little ones
Pros:

Great for a trip with little kids. Whenever the weather was bad outside, we still had the pool to keep them warm and entertained.

Lovely Tropical Environment

Great place, but check all the amenities to align your expectations
Pros:

Clean rooms, new towels, temperature of the pool was great

Cons:

Pool area should have stretch chairs. That would make the experience of being in the pool much more comfortable and relaxed rather than regular chairs .
If the hotel is full, more likely that you will leave all your stuff at the floor in the pool area, due to the limited amount of chairs available
Also, this was the first hotel I see not allowing kids on the hot tube due to chemicals on it! Poor kids were really upset about this rule
There should be some sort of regular playground to enhance the kids experience.
Most of the hotels with arcade offer some initial credits when you check in, and there was none!

Cons:

We chose this hotel because of the pool, but it was a huge disappointment. The pool was overcrowded, with zero staff control. My daughter was kicked by a boy swimming, kids were jumping into the pool even though there was no space, and besides all the chaos, a child got sick and everyone had to leave the pool. My daughters were very upset because they could no longer use it. On top of that, the front desk staff were very rude and the room smelled like mold. I will not return and do not recommend this hotel.

Great place for a family getaway.
Pros:

We stayed at Lamplighter in London,on and found the room clean and modern,all public areas were clean and well maintained. The pool area and slide was great for the whole family. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The pool area attendant even paid attention and retrieved our ball when it went out of the pool.

Our visit was very enjoyable we love the Lamplighter, can’t wait to return.
Pros:

It was extremely clean. Even corners in our room were spotless. The pool and atram area were very enjoyable and clean. Staff very friendly staff and very accommodating to us.

Best place in London
Pros:

We stayed last night. This place is amazing. I was so impressed with this place. The rooms are beautiful very clean. The game room was pretty cool. And the pool area wow just beautiful. I have never been so happy with a hotel stay before but I could go on and on about this place. If you need a great place to stay in london I recommend this place %1000 . I will be back again soon.
