Cons:

Charged for smoking in the room. We DO NOT smoke. People on balconies smoking marijuana, air conditioner extremely loud kept me awake the entire night. Loud neighbors.

Clean room with musky smell in it.
Pros:

Location is off the expressway easy to find. The staff was friendly when we arrived. We got into our room it had a musky smell but the room was clean. Get there before it gets dark there are speed bumps and deep drainage holes. If you drive into that drainage hole you can cause major damage to you car. Do not leave anything you value in your room. My friend left her purse in the room while we went to a concert. She came back to the room and no pursue. We checked out the next day and asked the man at the desk if any items were turned in. He answered abruptly no and showed no concern or give us a phone number to contact the manager or boss. It was early 5 am and I asked for a breakfast to go. He said breakfast is at 6 am. We had to leave early before 6 am but he kept saying 6 am breakfast. Beware of this hotel we did not lose our hotel key so the only people are staff who can get into your room when you leave your room.

Pros:

The room was clean. The staff checking in was friendly. When we checked out we inquired about if anyone found anything? Staff was not real concerned just said no. This to me I got bad vibes about the hotel staff.Somehow my friend left something in our room. We left our room and we went out to a concert. When we returned it came up missing. Who has keys to our rooms while we are in them?

Cons:

The safety of leaving something in our room and it came up missing. Is there a lost and found? I asked the same staff about lost and found and also about a breakfast to go at 5 am and he said Breakfast starts at 6 am. We were leaving before it opened it was at 5 am. Not sure what was the staff members a man's problem or issue because if you advertise Breakfast to go then Best Western should abide by it or removed it from the post of your hotel.

Pros:

Room was clean and had sufficient lights. Lots of paarking available. Breakfast is nice.

Cons:

Bed not comfortable, AC was having lots of noise and room is too small. More kind of motel sort of feeling came up.

Excellent choice for your money!
Pros:

The location was terrific. We counted at least 5 breakfast places within walking distance but we ate the free one provided, which was fine.
While the building is the balcony/room accessed from outside style, which I think can often be noisier, we had a very quiet night.

Cons:

The architecture is not my favorite.

Pros:

I always stay at the Best Western hotel, and overall this one was really good with a really good price. There was a layer of dust on the black TV console which made it seem like it might not have been cleaned completely and the bathroom door would not stay latched, which for the size of the toilet/shower area made it difficult to move around a little bit. Otherwise it appeared to be clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly .
