It should have been straight forward for the staff to complete our request to cancel nights 16-18.
Pros:

The motel was close to the hospital. Check-in was bright and clean.

Cons:

Carpeting in room was visibly dirty. The walls and baseboards are in need of renovation
Staff was not helpful in trying to cancel remaining days of the reservation.

A nice hotel,if you have a car,then a great place to stay and check out Franklin
Pros:

The location is approx 8 min drive from Franklin ,which is an absolutely beautiful town.theres a lovely park ,with loads of activities for kids around 5 min in the car ,and you can walk into Franklin from there..
Around the hotel there's waffle house,cracker barrel,Starbucks and homegoods.
The breakfast in the hotel was very good,with good juices and option to make your own pancakes.
It has a small gym and small outdoor pool.
All you need for a short stay over.
