Pros:

For me , walking distance to the airport, fridge and microwave. Close to Costco and eateries. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

More good than bad, some negative comments were exaggerated

Kind of a dump with poor service.
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it had a reasonable pet fee and it worked well for our pet.

Cons:

The people in the bar and restaurant were rude. We asked to borrow two glasses as we did not want to drink wine from a paper cup (provided in the room). They suggested we were going to steal them. They reluctantly gave us water glasses then phoned our room at 9:30 pm demanding we return them. Great service!

Perfect for an evening in Reno- what we needed
Pros:

Location to the GSR and airport. Very good Indian restaurants on site, comfortable roomy room, pleasant entrance, easy plentiful free parking, mini fridge and microwave.

Cons:

Maximum cold of mini fridge NOT cold, lamp shades were cracked, should be replaced. Reservation made over a month ago be no notification that all TV service was down. Lost a hearing aid ($800) hoping staff could search under the bed or in the corners of the entry beneath sink area better than we could (room 211)

Has image of quality, and it does. Nice hotel. Spaceous room with sitting area. Nice furnishings. Has Fridge and microwave. Beds, pillows comfy. Well built.

Very nice and peaceful courtyard and atrium. I would return. .

Cons:

Close to airport and freewaymade it a bit noisy.. i solved most noise issues by keeping bthe fan on.makes likebwhite noise,which works for me when travelling.
No coffee in lobby 24/7! This is the standard at most lodging. . .like keep the coffee going!
No breakfast of any kind . Or perhaps i missed it.

Basically only stayed here because nothing else was available
Pros:

Nothing in particular.

Cons:

It was filthy outside with people drinking beer out of their trucks and then the beer cans were all over the sidewalks by a door in the morning. The mattress was AWFUL and I basically felt like we were sleeping upside down bc the mattress sunk down from the middle to the head of the bed.
