Pros:

Adorei a minha estadia no Crystal Hotel Superior. Tudo perfeito!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, confortável, e os funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosas.
Tem transporte gratuito da estação de comboio. as bebidas do bar do quarto serem gratuitas foi também um plus.

O gym e o spa são fantásticos! Equipamentos muito recentes e tem uma infrared sauna!

O quarto era agradável, o café da manhã muito bom. O jantar no restaurante foi ótimo!

Tudo fabuloso!

Convenient, helpful staff
Pros:

Staff are helpful. We have to depart early at 5:30 am and they pack breakfast for us and serve as coffee.

Crystal hotel offers very good conditions for enjoying the vacation in St. Moritz.
Pros:

I loved the type of the mattress and the duvet. They were so fluffy! I liked that the maid prepared the beds for sleep.

I liked the food and it's platting.
The receptionists and the waiters were so helpful and kind, they were smiling.

I liked the central positioning of the hotel. They offerred us complimentary to reach to the railway station.

また機会が有れば泊まりたいです。
Pros:

フロントの方や朝食の時のスタッフの皆さんが、とても礼儀正しくて、素晴らしいと思う。
また、ちょっとしたアクシデントにもすぐに対応してもらい、とても良かったです。
駅からお迎えの車を用意もらえる。
朝食も生のフルーツがあり、他の料理の種類も豊富でした。

Pros:

Your staff was excellent throughout the hotel. Breakfast, Dinner and the front dedk.

The front desk was especially helpful with tips and ideas of things to go and places to go

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof aus gut erreichbar. Trotz zentraler Lage hatten wir einen freien Blick auf die Berge. Zimmer und Frühstück entsprachen dem, was man sich in einem renommierten Ort, wie St. Moritz erwarten konnte. Für die Rückfahrt zum Bahnhof wurde uns ein kostenloser Shuttle angeboten.
