Pros:

My elderly mother and I had an emergency trip to Albury from nsw central coast. We were greeted at reception with a kind and helpful lady who assisted us and made our stay exactly what we needed. We were offered an upgrade, early check-in and assistance with information about dining because the bistro was closed on Sunday. This lady’s kindness made our spirits rise after a not so nice experience.

Very spacious room.

Loved the sofa and little dining table chair.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell

The car park had no security therefore cars were left unattended and the general public could also park there.

The air-conditioning didn't work properly.
Even after changing settings it remained cold in the room.

Very expensive room service menu. Better to visit the local restaurants or cafes.

Needs central lighting in room. Lights were off to the sides

Location was great, bed was very comfortable and the staff are amazing.
Pros:

I had dinner and breakfast there and the staff were very accommodating and helpful, the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

there was a door banging all night which was the only complaint I have.
