Es ist noch Luft nach oben.

Sauberkeit und freundliche Mitarbeitende sowie die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Aufzug sehr beengt, keine Klimaanlage, sehr laut bei geöffnetem Fenster, Frühstück war mittelmäßig.

Das Erlebnis beim Frühstücken hat den positiven Gesamteindruck sehr geschwächt.

schön war,dass es einen Ventilator gab

Leider war die Bedienung bem Frühstücksbuffet unhöflich und hat uns vor allen Gästen gemaßregelt,weil wir ihrer Meinung nach zu viele Tassen benutzt haben.

Die Zimmer sind teilrenoviert mit neuen Bädern und die Lage in der Innenstadt ist super. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Stufen an der Zimmer- und der Badtür laden zum Stolpern ein.

Prima voor ons als overnachtingsplek op weg naar Oostenrijk

De prijs-kwaliteit was goed. De service ook, we hadden ontbijt bijgeboekt maar onze kinderen hadden geen trek/vonden de keuze niet naar hun zin. Heb gevraagd of daar nog iets aan gedaan kon worden en dat hebben ze niet in rekening gebracht. Dat vond ik heel netjes van ze.

Cons:

Het was verschrikkelijk heet en we zaten op de bovenste verdieping. Dat was geen doen zonder airco. Met deze temperaturen is het niet te doen om zonder airco te slapen. We hebben allemaal met natte doeken op ons lijf geslapen.

Bij aankomst was het ook onduidelijk waar we ons moesten melden, er stonden bordjes dat de receptie gesloten was. Uiteindelijk bleek er wel gewoon iemand te zijn, hoe had ik anders de sleutel moeten halen en mijn verblijf moeten betalen?

Die Rezeptionisten am Sonntagfrüh hingegen war eine sehr gepflegte Erscheinung.
Zimmer sauber und soweit i.O.

Cons:

Leider hat der Portier am Samstagmittag sehr nach " Schweißfüsse" gerochen.

Pros:

Friendly staff, central location, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Bonus: we could park our electric car in front of the hotel and charge it there during the night.
