Dirty
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The rooms were filthy specifically the bed sheets were filled with what looked like men hair and stains. The towels had green stains on them. The bathroom had a foul smell and also wasn’t cleaned. The room wasn’t vacuumed. When we told the front desk the first person we spoke to was attentive and said she’d make housekeeping aware to clean our room “again” and when told about the foul smell from the bathroom we were told the shower has a certain smell, but it’s completely normal. We left about four hours and the room wasn’t clean. We asked the front desk for an update and she rudely said “if you checked in it should be clean” i agree it SHOULD be clean however it was not. We left again to allow housekeeping their space to clean. We came back to the room the same. When we called the front desk they transferred us to housekeeping. The room should have been clean upon arrival. I’ve never made a review and understand a room could need additional tidying up but the way this was handled was crazy. Would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Was nice, close to airport, easy to find.

Cons:

In the morning we didn’t know how to check out - all was solved later. Bed was very soft but for one quick night was ok.
