Pros:

The area of the suite is great.
Bathroom as bathtub and shower.
There are few parking slots available without charge (back of the hotel for customers) but if you come late you will need to use de Valet for $40 or the street parking that is payed.
The breakfast is ok.
In the Bar we were very well attended.

Cons:

Lights were white cold, the decoration needs a more warmer touching. The curtains had a big cut but they changed the room to a similar suite.

Pretty average for the price paid and executive king room
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and breakfast good.

Cons:

Room was dirty, only looked as though a basic clean had been done.
Stains on bed sheets
Dust all around the sides of room
Random stickers or something in bathroom been ripped off
Bathroom stunk of stale sewers, had to keep bathroom door shut.
Shower had very little pressure
Hair clips on the floor under the chair

Very comfortable stay in a central city hotel. Very friendly staff.
Pros:

Penthouse Suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable and quiet. Very good room service dinner. The bed and bedding were very good.

Pros:

Great view over the river, didn't hear the 2am boy racers my relative at another nearby hotel got woken up by (same floor), room layout is as big as it needs to be, great sized bed.

Cons:

No bathroom amenities like shower cap was surprising, the bed was acceptable but on the soft side, only USB charging port was at the desk, not bedside and the water pressure was average. But, these are minor things and did not detract from the overall stay.

Lovely stay with the kids
Pros:

Our favourite place to stay in Hamilton. We've stayed before as a couple and loved the hotel but this was the first time with kids while visiting Hamilton for The Wiggles. Comfy beds, quiet and probably the best breakfast buffet around, the kids loved the pancake machine and giant jar of Nutella had them sold. We got a great dinner special that we found advertised on Facebook and staff in both reception and the restaurant were lovely to both us and our young children

Cons:

Parking nearby is tricky if you miss out on the limited free parks and don't want to pay valet. Not a huge deal breaker for us but it did limit our exploring as we didn't want to lose the park once we got one

Good location and facilities. The room was quite nice. The hotel breakfast was really good and lots to choose from and very fresh and lots of healthy options.

Pros:

Close to everything. Quick and easy check in.

Cons:

Car park. Valet parking is a bit overpriced imo. Paid just for the ease of coming and going from the carpark into the building,didnt even use the actual valet service.
