Location. Well appointed rooms. Nice temperature control.

Cons:

Room was the furthest away from the lift. Shower wasn’t particularly powerful, even when using smaller shower head.

Good valuable and location. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Good location by Waikato river, close to a lot of restaurants. Staff are friendly and really enjoy the morning breakfast buffet.

Cons:
