Good location but old, outdated rooms.
Pros:

I picked the property for the location. I liked that it was located in the Sports Club.

Cons:

The room was old and out dated. There were lights that didn’t work. The bedding was dirty and stained. There were no bin liners in the bin. The bathroom was very outdated and the shower was mouldy and the tiles around the taps were all cracked. There was a LARGE amount of dust in all of the air conditioning vents and the exhaust fan vents.

My Mother's mattress slid off the frame and she fell down in between the two beds and almost hit her head on the bed side table

Great all round stay, we’ll be back.
Pros:

Very helpful, friendly staff. Plenty on good on-site cafes & restaurants with variety of cuisines & prices. Handy for city. Good price. Wednesday quiz night in The Basement Brewery was great fun. Free membership to Bankstown Sports club.

Cons:

Shame membership discounts aren’t given to hotel guests although membership provided. Need a physical card to get discounts which you can’t have if your not Australian. Many specials in restaurants only for members.
