Perfect accomodation when events are held in the Sports Club
Pros:

Always a great stay at the Mercure! Easy check-in great to stay there for events at the Sports club, free parking is very handy

You could easily hear people next door and people running in the hallway. Couldn't sleep most of the night because of the noise.

The hotel is very comfortable and well located within the Bankstown Sports Club.
Pros:

Breakfast was served in a cafe downstairs in the club. Available from 6.30am. Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Parking was difficult to find. But this was probably because a World Cup soccer game was being shown in the club when we arrived. I was able to move the car to a handier spot closer to the hotel entrance after the game finished.

Ok for short stay
Pros:

Very comfy bed and nice to have a cocktail bar open late

Cons:

It was a bit of a hassle checking in - dual check in to club and motel , two different lifts - no parking near lift with luggage to carry a fair distance. Tv was not linking easily to my device ( usually have no probs)
