Very good place for short stay

Besides the room location it was good.
Pros:

Property was great, so many food options, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room was next to lift, so heard the mechanical sound all night morning. Had to put on TV to fall asleep.

Room was comfortable and mostly clean and everything was working order. Bathroom was nice. It was very quiet and in a great location.

Cons:

Front desk gave incorrect information about parking when we checked in and suggested we just pay the parking fee when we leave rather than validating our parking for the full length of our stay. The Sports Club staff happily fixed it up for us and explained to us, how the Mercure staff should have handled it.

The air vents were very dusty and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. It was also a little unusual for the waste bins to not have garbage bags in them - especially the bathroom, as some pretty disgusting items can be thrown away in there and it makes you wonder how clean the bin actually is.

Bed was bit soft for me but that's personal preference. Room was perfect.

Bed was not comfortable. The bathroom needs to be renovated there was mould in the shower cubicle.
