Pros:

free parking
in house restaurant quite good, brewhouse also very good

Cons:

a coffee pod machine with no pods - ya big tease!
room next to lift - very loud.
weird shaped room with a corridor going to a tv
staff didn't explain facility very well - ie no explanation on gym. when i found it annoyed to see had to pay for using it
fire alarm at 3am - no explanation , no apology on check out
