1.The room was spacious and clean.
2. They clean the room and make the bed daily which is good.
3.Good restaurant

Cons:

1. The bathroom sink had blockage, the water was draining slowly.
2. The bathroom vent operates with the room AC. So when the room AC cuts off automatically on reaching the optimal temperature the bathroom vent also shuts off. This causes bathroom to accumulate humidity. You can see the bathroom ceiling peeling off due to high humidity. Kindly have the vent operated seperately.
3. The check out time is 11 am which is way to early than the most industry standard of 12.00. requested for atleast 1 hour extension but was denied politely. It's understandable but kindly do consider to accommodate few requests whenever possible.
4. Ongoing construction in front of the hote is another problem to be honest

We disappointed and cancelled our remaining two nights stay in this hotel
Cons:

We were disappointed with our stay for several reasons. There was major road and building construction directly in front of the hotel, making access difficult, but we were never informed before our arrival. We arrived late at night, so this was especially frustrating. The front desk staff was not helpful or empathetic when we raised our concerns or asked for assistance. The room itself was below our expectations for the price, with overall quality that did not reflect the value. Because of these issues, we decided to cancel the remaining two nights of our three-night reservation and stay elsewhere.

Zimmergrösse, alles ziemlich neu bzw. im sehr guten Zustand. Lage sehr gut.
