- Accès en travaux en travaux et stationnement difficilement accessible (parking sous terrain déporté.et stationnement en 3ieme sous-sol)
- Localisation de l hôtel peu adapté à une famille (éloignement du quartier Petit Champlain, ville-basse,…)
- Bruit constant de la ventilation extérieure (côté rue Notre Dame Des Anges)
Grande salle de bain, avec bain et douche, grand comptoir , très grand lit confortable
Trop petite tasse pour le café, pour petite quantité de café uniquement. Vive les Keurig pour de vrais café

Bruit de l'immeuble en rénovation ce que nous ignorions: réveil brutal par des coups de marteau. Cependant, nous avons reçu une réduction sur le prix de notre séjour, ce fut très apprécié.

Tinha obras de reforma do edificio. Isso atrapalha bastante a passagem de pedestres e para pegar Taxi na porta do hotel.
