Nice hotel. Just needs to work on room service and ensure rooms that have a nonfunctional AC aren’t provided

Close to the Grand Canyon. Nice area around. Quiet rooms

Cons:

We were placed in a room with a nonfunctional AC unit. We had to call the front desk to change our room as it was hot. The floors were quite dirty and trash from the previous customer was found in our room.

The room itself was clean and well equipped.

Cons:

The value for money was extremely poor as we booked in advance. In addition we had requested an extra bed which they had agreed to in advance and informed us upon check in that it was in the room. The bed was never provided and in addition the room did not loom big enough to have accommodated an extra bed.

Excelente opção para quem não consegue se hospedar dentro do Grand Canyon

Excelentes instalações, hotel estilo country
Quarto espaçoso e confortável
Estacionamento gratuito
Ao lado de um McDonald’s, o que ajudou pela falta do café da manhã incluído.

Cons:

Não tinha como incluir o café da manhã na reserva no booking, pois o valor era muito alto, o que atrapalha um pouco os planos para conhecer o Grand Canyon já de barriga cheia
Dois funcionários da recepção foram meio rudes no atendimento

I would look for other places
Pros:

A noisy air conditioner installed half a meter from the bed. Terrible design due to both the cold and the noise. Impossible to leave on while sleeping at night. Beyond that, everything is basic, including a bathtub without a shower. Nothing worth recommending

Ideal location when visiting the Canyon.
Pros:

This hotel is perfect if you are visiting the Grand Canyon (which is no doubt why you are even looking!). It's about a 20 minute drive (if you plan to drive to the Village). I highly recommend doing this to see the Sunrise over the Canyon. A bonus (if not doing sunrise) is that the Canyon Purple Shuttle stops right outside the hotel and will take you to the Village. The hotel is also about a 5 minutes (at most) drive from Maverick Helicopters (HIGHLY recommend them!). The room was very comfortable and the staff at reception were very friendly. Ample parking available as well. There were some great restaurants within an easy walk (Drigos and E Spaghetti Western were both great!)

Bardzo klimatyczny, zachodnioamerykanski hotel. Wieczorem można wpaść do hotelowej restaueachi, albo soloonu. Obsluga bardzo miła, bez problemu spelniajaca dodatkowe życzenia, jak dodatkowe łózko dla dziecka - w cenie pokoju. Polecam bardzo.
