The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were nice. Free breakfast included a few hot items with various breads, cereal, coffee, juice, milk. Location was very convenient right across the street from grocery stores and only 10 minutes from the ferry terminal.
The air conditioner was the portable type and pretty noisy. It didn't have a temperature setting, just a warmer/cooler setting.
It really surpassed our expectations, there was everything we could wish for and more, the staff was super and very professional. The receptionist was great and could help us with our requests where to find restaurants, etc.; The staff at breakfast were terrific at finding a spot for us to sit or answer any query.
The cleaning staff forgot to clean the fridge, there was debris of previous food (most likely produce) left. There was no spoons or fork or knives to use for the microwaved food. Wish there had been a swimming pool or even a jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day, but our grand-son was able to enjoy the gym for 20 minutes as it was very busy and it made him very happy.
It is a reliable and consistent. Staff friendly at the front desk. Breakfast is excellent. Egg bites were perfect! Great value.

This hotel was excellent overall. The staff were welcoming and always willing to assist. The rooms were quiet, nicely appointed and very clean! There was abundant choices for breakfast. This is a well run Best Western location and I would highly recommend same!

Sehr kleines Bad. Der Duschvorhang ist auch nocht mehr zeitgemäss, die Badewanne ist weder zum baden noch zum duschen wirklich gut geeignet. Das Frühstücksangebot war ok. Aber der kleine Raum ohne Fenster ist für den Übernachtungspreis nicht akzeptabel.
Fantastic hotel! Our room was immaculate, updated, had everything we needed including a very comfy king size bed. Super convenient location, great breakfast included, even treats in the lobby. The manager checked us in and went above and beyond, very much appreciated. Thank you so much, we'll be back soon !

The property was close to the airport and ferry. Incredibly kid friendly and one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast was pretty good, and the breakfast room, despite not having any windows, was clean and cheerful. The location is great - right across the road from the local theatre. They texted me when my room was ready, and the staff were very polite.
The rooms have a somewhat outdated feel, and the bathroom was VERY small. To be honest, the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, as I noticed a few stray hairs on the floor and around the shower area. The smell of cooking breakfast was not ideal for me as I was showering in the morning... Perhaps my room on the 1st floor was a little too close to the kitchen!
