Pros:

The staff was lovely very welcoming 😁

Pros:

Great location for what I needed. Staff particularly the young blonde lady on reception were very kind and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standards. When I arrived both the coffee mugs were used and had remanence of drinks in them. The coffee station was also pretty empty. There was hair all over the bathroom.

Bed bugs :(
Pros:

Lovely pool, lovely staff

Cons:

Bed bugs my son had about 8 bites over his legs and back after being in bed, we had to change room about midnight. I did find a flea looking bug and took a photo of that and the bites!

Pros:

Nice and clean hotel with great air con and good facilities - great location. Very clean and slept well

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better in regards to having all food items out - also having to pay extra for car parking

Good location, nice family room, shame about dinner
Pros:

Receptionist was very helpful, room was clean and spacious for our family, pool was great.

Cons:

Dinner service was absolutely dreadful. Hardly any tables in but the 3 young staff didn't seem to have any support to manage whatever was going on the kitchen. We had to get our own menus, find cutlery from another table, find someone to take our order. An hour after arriving the adult meals arrived. I asked where the kids meals were and the impression I got was that they hadn't even started. So my kids waited over an hour for their meal. When they did arrive they were very basic cheap stuff which wouldn't have taken long to cook. The staff did apologise and gave us drinks for free , but I had to ask repeatedly to find out what was going on. No sign of a manager. When you have families with children you need to make sure kids meals come out promptly and first. We didn't bother with dessert as kids were exhausted by that point.

One night was enough
Pros:

It's a nice hotel with lots of space. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom was damaged, I think that a room with a damaged sink should not be used till it has been replaced.
I also think parking should be included.
