مريح وجميل ولكن لا يستحق قيمته
Pros:

حجم الغرفة مناسب لشخصين، موقع الفندق ممتاز واستراتيجي بقرب المطاعم والمقاهي وتيسكو والصيدليات، الكثير من المقاعد للاجتماعات والاستراحة في الطابق الأرضي، السرير والمخدات مريحين جداً، موظفين الاستقبال لطيفين خاصة أليكس وهي وباولا. يوجد تلفزيون فيه الكثير من القنوات المحلية والعالمية.
كل غرفة مصممة بشكل مميز وكأن الفندق متحف صغير لشارلوك هولمز.

فريق خدمة الغرف لم يرد على اتصال واحد خلال أسبوع إقامتي معهم، مما دفعني للطلب من الخارج والنزول لاستلام الطلبات بشكل مستمر، وهذا كان مزعج ومكلف بالنسبة لمسافر يريد الراحة، يومياً ينسون وضع مناديل و أرواب استحمام وفوط كافية لعدد المقيمين بالغرفة - النظافة جيدة بشكل سطحي ولكن ليس بعمق. مسؤولة الضيوف شخصيتها فظة نوعاً وجامدة، ليست لطيفة كباقي الفريق. بالإضافة إلى أنه يوجد هناك مصعدين فقط حسب جهة الغرفة، وحتى عمال خدمات التنظيف وتوصيل عربات الطعام والخدمات اللوجستية يستخدمون نفس المصعد مع المقيمين في الفندق، مما يسبب ازدحام وتأخير مستمر.
التكلفة عالية، وخاصة في تمديد ٣ ليالي التي وصلت إلى ٢،٠٠٠ باوند رغم أنه ٤ نجوم.

موقع الفندق ممتاز وبجانب محطة مترو بيكر - فريق الاستقبال أغلبه لطيف مثل هيا وباولا وأليكس - يوجد ماء مجاني وعند الطلب.
الأسرة مريحة للغاية.
لكن لن أقيم فيه مرة أخرى، بسبب عدم الرد على الاتصالات على خدمة الغرف.

Cons:

مددت الإقامة ولكن استمر نفس الاهمال من فريق خدمة الغرف بتجاهل كل المكالمات للطلب للغرفة - وعدم الرد حتى على مكالمة واحدة خلال زيارتي كلها.
في إحدى الأيام تم وضع غطاء وسادة غير نظيف ومشقوق وفيه بقعة.
فريق العمل غير متناسق مع بعضه، طلبت في الليل فوط وأرواب استحمام لأنهم لم يضعوها فأوصولها لي، طرق الباب مبكراً شخص آخر أيقظنا من النوم لتوصيل نفس الطلب وتسبب في ازعاجنا.

Pros:

Tolles und stilvolles Hotel in sehr guter Zentrumslage. Zimmer und Aufenthaltsbereich sehr angenehm. Sehr gutes Frühstück a la Carte. Man kann direkt zu Fuß in das Zentrum, aber auch gute Bus und Underground-Anbindung.
