Hotel nice but room disappointing
Pros:

The reception area, lounge and restaurant were lovely

Cons:

The room was in need of some TLc, makes on the walls, chunks out of the floor and horrible stained shower tray that was disgusting. The room was not worth the money

Cons:

Nous avons pris deux chambres dont une Deluxe. Les 2 ont besoin de rénovations. Il y avait de fortes odeurs de moisissures, le personnel n’est pas agréable et gère cela comme une usine au lieu d’un boutique Hôtel comme ils s’en réclament. On ne nous a meme pas demandé comment s’est passé notre séjour lors du checkout, aucune attention contrairement à ce que certains commentaires laissaient entendre. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location and is very nice overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

Some of the staff seemed very stressed during breakfast. They were constantly rushing back and forth, even though they were friendly and polite. We noticed the same atmosphere on both mornings we had breakfast, which made the experience feel a bit hectic.

We had booked breakfast in advance, but it was disappointing to have to pay extra just to get a small plate with a few slices of cucumber and tomato. We felt this should have been included in the breakfast, especially considering the additional cost.

Great hotel in a good location
Pros:

Our room had Air Con. Hotel is smart, cool with spacious corridor areas, seating areas and friendly helpful staff. Would stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast was good - but not outstanding (in our opinion), excellent service from staff and a wide choice menu. Location is great with buses, tube and walking distance to Regents Park and attractions etc.

Pros:

Welcoming reception team. Pleasant public rooms.
Good supply of water and sweets, which was appreciated because of the hot weather.

Cons:

Our room air-conditioning was not functioning well and the temperature sensor did not work. The extreme weather did not help, however even the corridor had better air conditioning.
The reception and maintenance staff did their best to improve it, but it was not properly resolved during our stay.
