Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location

The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and professional, making me feel at ease throughout my stay. The location was excellent, and I would be happy to stay here again if I could have a room in a quieter location.

Cons:

Our room was located directly next to the elevators. Because the entrance door provided very little sound insulation, conversations from guests waiting for the elevator, especially children, as well as the sound of staff moving dishes, could be heard very clearly inside the room. As I was dealing with jet lag, this unfortunately made it difficult to sleep.

The room was also on the lower ground floor with limited natural light, which made it feel a little enclosed to me.

Pros:

2 rooms booked and generally in ok state. Need a touch up here and there.
The hotel staff are very good from Reception to the cleaning staff, all very professional.
Location is perfect for Wembley Stadium only stops 20 mins.

Get stay once again.

Cons:

Breakfast manager a little condescending. But generally y all other staff were amazing as usual.
